本文作者王利民是李莉的丈夫，共有两个都过了十岁的孩子。在制度的压榨下，在社会
大氛围的毒化下，家庭夫妻纷争从无到有，从少到多，从小到大。8月30日，我终于再
也忍不住了，要把这一二十年来积累的家庭怨气向外公开。这是家丑，按照传统观念，
不该外扬。但是，我如果还不扬的话，那就是屈服于那种所谓保护“隐私”的毒瘤文化
了，只会更加害了这个家。我需要的是李春玲、李莉诚实地面对过去，我希望的是李莉
能认识到这个社会上到底什么人、什么东西害了她。
一、李春玲、李莉背景情况
李春玲、李莉是亲姐妹，分别生于1962年、1975年，河北省邯郸县招贤村人。据李莉透
露，李春玲是在邯郸市做服装生意时，认识了李春玲的丈夫刘建国的。刘建国是一个解
放军退伍军人之子，其父退伍后被分配到邯郸国棉纺织厂之类的国企工作，并分配有一
套三居室房子，这工作后来传给刘建国，再后来，似乎是国企被倒闭，刘建国也下岗了
，到李家的农村搞养鸡生蛋挣钱。李春玲因婚姻关系，由农村户口转移为城市户口，年

籍，但他却希望保留自由进入美国和驻在美国的权利，美国法庭因此判定其退籍宣誓无
效，其仍是合法美国公民。
这个案例被记载于美国官方网站的放弃美国国籍的指南中，欲放弃美国国籍的人一定会
查阅这些条例而知晓这个规定。饶毅去美国使馆声明放弃美国国籍，但只要口头或用行
动表明他本人并不愿意放弃作为美国公民的一些基本权利，如自由进入美国（他在大使
馆宣称退籍后却又用美国护照进入美国），美国政府就不会批准他的申请，他的美国国
籍就会继续有效。
这也就是饶毅为什么胡扯“美国丧失道德领导地位”作为退籍理由的原因。即使你再恨
美国，美国政府也会维护其作为公民的基本权利，所以这并不成为退籍的借口。
其实饶毅几乎成功了。它虽然没能骗进中科院院士队伍，但的确退出美国国籍没有被批
准的同时，也拿到了中国护照。

当中国和美国在争夺谁能第一个将人类送往火星的时候，日本却恰恰相反，更倾向于低
调的太空任务。他们更愿意将探险设备以较低的价格送往金星和水星。
目前，日本花费了2.9亿美元发射了绕金星的轨道卫星。他们还与欧盟国家合作一起测
量水星的磁场和电磁波。此外他们还有计划让飞船对小行星进行探索寻找水源。
根据彭博社的统计，2016年，日本在太空计划里的预算不及美国的1/10，也远低于中国
