子."你这说的应该是冒号其他的用法，"colon before explanation"或者"colon used

你举的例子可以写成：

注意，因为不是同位语用法，JFK and Stalin不需要紧跟strippers。
我用同位语时，尽量限制于一个item，否则很容易混淆。比如：

crohn's disease (cd). etiology is unknown. i think there are arguments on
both autoimmune-like triggers and viral etiologies.
uc is mostly bloody diarrhea. many people with uc can have spontaneous
remission, even if not, it can be cured by surgically removing the colon.
and the colon will need to be removed after 10 years of uc anyway to prevent
the development or colon cancer.
cd on the other hand is a life-time disea |

colonization except to build a viable trading post or resupply point.
Conquest of America was really fueled by the rumor of vast amount of gold
