发帖数: 529 | 7 你提的问题的确涉及到mapreduce vs. analysis的核心：hdfs通用的分布式同数据的结
构化之间的矛盾。如果你的三种分析是独立的，那么你确实要分开run 3个MR的任务，
文件IO的确是要重复3次；如果三个分析的信息是结构化的，那么可以只搞一个复杂点
的MR任务，只做一次文件IO。这时候就变成了程序执行效率 vs. 程序编写效率之间的
矛盾了。
目前解决的方向好像都是在借鉴传统SQL的思路，比如是columnar storage，就是把结
构化信息拆开让不同组分分别存储，需要的时候再聚合，另一个是MR执行的推迟，让
engine对MR任务进行优化。Hive就是把query转成MR任务，有人说他慢就是因为生成的
MR方案以及query和query之间的优化还不够好吧。

persistent store，both columnar database。。。
yes redis can be used as persistent store， but it's mostly used as a in
memory cache. so i would consider as in the same category as memcache
btw, i think someone replied that zippydb is not the enterprise redis, it's
something else |

会cobol的人，如果你精通cobol，随便找个维护的工作，朝九晚五啥都不干，轻松赚30
－40万。现在还cobol？
这个楼里基本上都是些以讹传讹不知道哪儿整来的信息。哥来给你们科普一下吧，银行
（主要是投行，商业银行就不算了）的IT系统从08年金融危机之后给搅了个天翻地覆，
大量的analytics和control的项目在做,的因为很多东西需要real time的控制和读取，
同时需要极高的可靠性，所以用的很多都是hardcore的技术，像多线程，realtime,
columnar db, distributed cache，都是最最核心的。有些非常贵的软件比如KDB+之类
的，外面根本想用都用不到。外面一堆一堆的所谓web 热门技术，说白了就是跟搬砖差
不多,技术含量跟这些比简直就是天上地下。
当然，也有保守的部门，弄个内部网站几百年不变，这都是enterprise的部分，哪个公
司都有，跟核心不是一回事。除了应用之外，有钱的银行还有更深层的优化，C++之父

5年kdb+经验，每天都收到猎头邮件，包裹都是250k+起，可惜咱懒得动，呵呵。
记得刚入职的时候，老板请来某藤校天神级教授给我们（一共3个人）上了一星期的课
，这也是我ID的由来。。。
想不通那些靠刷题进tech然后做螺丝钉给烙印做苦力的人有什么资格看不起投行IT？
每次看到Leetcode一类的东西我就觉得反胃，花时间做这些毫无实用价值的应试题根本
是浪费生命。
我们招人从来不考这些公式化的算法题，而是由组里的每个人自己临时想一道问题，通
常来说只要你确实有kdb/q的开发经验，你根本不用刷题（而且也没地方可刷）就能够
在我们的帮助下轻松搞定。
前不久我们刚录用了个VP级的q dev，包裹给了300k。。。
这个楼里基本上都是些以讹传讹不知道哪儿整来的信息。哥来给你们科普一下吧，银行

这个，没有太多实战经验啊，不过据我在天涯长期看帖的理论经验，pill对身体不好，
内分泌失调，发胖，性格变暴躁；condom磨cervical，容易引起columnar ectopy；IUD
的原理是让子宫一直发炎，这个是对身体最不好的，只有最不疼老婆的男人和最不为自
己想的女人才用这个；4应该是最有用的吧，对女性身体最好。。。
