前两天天气一直不好，云底很低。今天好不容易放晴了，风也不错，Art决定，我们下
午飞一个180海里的转场，晚上再飞一个130海里左右的转场。这样就可以保证留出足
够的复习时间了。没有办法，日程安排就是如此，也只能挑战自己的极限了。
下午的转场飞的不好，头有点晕。感觉一路收获也不大，晕晕乎乎地飞了两个多小时。
晚上回来休息了一会，吃了点东西，觉得精神好了很多。
很久以来，一直很期待夜航转场。毕竟整个学期，夜航的机会只有两次而已。能够在天
上看到城市的灯光，一直是激励我学习飞行的一个重要理由。所以，飞行计划前一天已
经基本上做好了，晚上出发前只要把气象的相关数据算好即可。九点半到了机场，提交
了飞行计划，把飞机拖出机库，做完飞行前检查。一看表已经差不多快十点了，可以起
飞了。
今晚本场夜航的飞机只有我们一架，滑行、起飞都很惬意。 |

一个PI跟我说,要找跟自己博士背景相关的,这样你出文章快,你CV就漂亮
如果想挑战自己也行,但是会很辛苦,而且后果可能会很惨重,他说这样是不会帮助你在
名校找到AP位置的
另一个PI跟我说,不要总在你的comfort zone里,这样你只能很平庸,一定要不断的给自
己挑战,做exciting的东西,就算fail也要fail hard,他还说他做事从来都是靠直觉,他
在评别人的项目的时候都是用5秒钟就选出一个,然后用几个小时来证明自己的选择是对
的,基本发现直觉都是对的
这两个PI都是各自领域很成功的人,第一个PI有很多很多钱,发很多很大项目的文章,发
文章不多(相对于组里的人数来比较),但是都是大文章,手下博后5,6年的有很多,他会告
诉自己组里的人去做什么,他手下的人都在说他有多少多少钱
第二个PI没有第一个那么有钱,但是他做相对更有实际意义也有意思的研究,在一个疾病
领域上很专家,手下的人出路都不错,几个人跟他3年博后左右就成AP了,而且组里的人做
