总结一下怀孕以来用过的好东西，给没经验的准新妈们一个参考吧, 有恒心毅力上网做

第一部、怀孕前
一、叶酸
*使用时机：孕前三个月吃到怀孕满三个月。
*功效：预防宝宝神经管缺损
二、调身体

成绩在班上的位置也越来越差了吗？我相信你一定适应得不错，成绩的排名（如果有排
名的话）也没有越来越落后吧？
照说，你能在大家都很优秀的环境里排名前20，那应该就能在大家水平不怎么样的环境
里排名更靠前阿？如果没有，说明一点，你也有自己的comfort zone -- 可能是第10到
20名。落后于这个了，你不comfortable, 会更努力，直到到这个位置。高于这个了，
你很满意，会不自觉的松懈，然后settle到这个位置。这些都是潜意识的，你未必意识
到了。
即使这些在你身上没有体现，我可以告诉你，你不能否认这个心理惯性的存在 -- 这个
理论心理学上已经establish了。
这就是为什么小时候有没有落后对以后是有可能有深远的影响的。幼年是孩子
establish自己在群体中的position的时候 -- 如果孩子一直是follower，他的comfort
zone 就是follower. 如果孩子其实很有做leader的天赋，只是因为语言和礼仪，一开
始落后了，孩子从此不comfortable去争取， |

停车场走。丫的突然问我，你说，satisfied 和comfortable 到底有什么区别。我记得
我当时告诉她，comfortable不代表satisfied,但是satisfied了就应该比较
comfortable了吧。刚写paper的时候突然想起来这码事，仔细又想了想，感觉别说是有
点迷糊诶，好像都挺差不多的，我当时的解释也不完全对，毕竟很多时候satisfied也

去这家Costco主要有2条路线，Main Ave 和 3号公路。都是非常得堵。。。
常常在离停车场入口1 mile的地方就开始排队。。
停车场非常的挤，周末上午11点以后基本就进入waiting list模式。
好在顾客们素质不错，停车场虽然拥挤但还算仅仅有条，从没遇到过硬抢车位的情况，
也很少有司机滴人。大家都比较耐心。
店内顾客素质不错，比较礼貌，Personal Space Comfortable指数： 7/10
2. Costco Union

zone远（靠
右）10-20cm，要探伸去够，因为腰腹肌肉力量不够，腿也使不上劲儿，所以抬肘以平

就是最近有点点感慨。
我算是平时还蛮喜欢和同事同学里面的中国人外国人印度人多多聊天和试图去沟通了解
对方不同的背景，思维方式和文化，以及不同喜好等等的。这不是俺喜欢多事，我就是
觉得being open minded的去尝试别人的文化，是一件很有意思的事情。
但是发现有很多我的中国mm朋友们就不会喜欢这样，比如我约她们也一起去试试参加印
度的盛大festival，一起跟着体验一下那种印度唱唱跳跳节日的感觉，或者是一起跟某
国人去吃某国菜，或参与跟他们的文化背景相关的活动等等。。。很多人都比较抵触
step out of their comfort zone。也没尝试过，就不愿意敞开胸怀去体验一把。觉得
自己不是其中的“一份子”，就不愿意去当作半个旁观者+半个参与者的心态去参加各
种activity。
：） 呵呵。其实一直去尝试新鲜的东西是一件很有趣和奇妙的事情。

want exactly (that you just want him to listen and comfort you and the way
to comfort you is by either holding you in his arms or taking you out for a
walk/nice dinner).
If he does what you want, great; otherwise you guys are not compatible and

是开始了住院医以后才来到这里， 到现在自己也开始面试新人，也已经几年了，没有
在医版上贡献过，
很是不好意思。
又是面试的季节，看大家交流，只想说几句。
没有人介意衣服，鞋，包的牌子的，不过穿着得体是第一重要的。毕竟还是一个保守的
职业，第一印象
不应该给人太突兀的感觉。颜色上黑色最安全，但附件可以选一些跳跃的颜色，比如领
带，围巾这类。
衣服一定要合身，不要像是借来的。看见下面的帖子有感，如果附近有outlet，￥100
到200BR或者CK
有时可以拿下，而且尺寸也可以。那些上千的个人认为不是很有必要。
女生的鞋子还是要有一些根，但仍要以舒服为首要，这一天跑上跑下，如果不舒服，就
惨了。
几点小建议， 过去碰到的，也不知道怎么提醒好：
-男生请不要穿彩色格子的袜子
-整体打扮完，请照一下镜子，或者请人参考一下，有时是挺明显的问题，只是自己不
注意而已

发帖数: 2837 | 47 第一位老师: 水桶原理：每一个组成部分是一个木板，进可能每块木板都高低一致， 不能有短板。
每一个都必须好。
一。申请材料准备：
1.score： 高分最好。 没有，一定尽可能有一步高分。
2.OB和externship ： 很必要，今年开始基本需要的。自己专业最好，没有别的专业也
行。
3. 推荐信：
（1）一定要好，强。 不好的一定不能用。美国推荐信，同一专业，专业大牛。
（2）无论推荐人是MD还是PHD。
（3）最好针对申请的专业有最少一封来自本专业的推荐信，如果没有美国的，也可以
拿国内的。
（4）早要推荐信， 5月1号就可以开始要。
（5）尽可能有一封美国的strong的推荐信，当然越多越好。
（6）最少3封，4封更好。如果只有3封好的，就用3封。其中一定要有一封打门面的推
荐信，即使是美国行医的中国医生或者国内的医生。
（7）张口要推荐信，如果感觉对方很犹豫，需要考虑是否好。
（8）如果实在找不到很好的推荐人，即使是实验室的一起工作的postdoc和自己大学同
学已经在美国行医的也可以。
4.CV：绝对不能有任何语法和拼写错误。各个阶段的经历的notes是否要展开？例如国
