说到帮助华裔孩子 －－ 如果你有心又有能力，那你就是我的偶像了。
可是，我记得是你家孩子没有被Harvard录取你很愤怒（which, coincidentally, I
sympathize)，屡次主动代表全部华裔呼吁抗议Harvard录取歧视(which, is
commendable in itself）并且愤怒地指责不同意见的人不配作华人。
那么，1） 那些已经被Harvard录取的人就被你认为不是华裔了？ 你凭什么？就凭
loser心态？ 2） 你这么懂美国，指指点点告诉别人怎么按美国的套路来，你是希望别
人最后跟你一样、孩子进不了藤校很悲愤呢，还是希望别人的孩子进了藤校，不悲愤了
又被你指责成为不配做华裔呢？
这种自相矛盾， 我认为比造谣更可耻。 这是我“无聊”地回复你的理由和原因。 :)

这个又是 ETS 赚钱的买卖，其实就是 SAT 的小弟弟，也称 SAT 预考(Preliminary
SAT)，又称为全国优秀学生奖学金考试（National Merit Scholarship Qualifying
Test ：NMSQT）。后者是由大学董事会（College Board or CB）和全国优秀学生奖学
金公司（National Merit Scholarship Corporation or NMSC) 共同主办的一种标准
考试。
PSAT 这个小弟弟的考试内容、范围、题型等和它大哥 SAT 可以说是完全相同，来自同
样的题库，只是在题目数量，考试时间上是SAT的缩微版。如果在十年级的时候考，属
于练手，也是免费的（就在高中教室里考）。而到了十一年级的正式 PSAT 考试，家长
得掏钱。
这个考试的重要性在于：它是选拔全国优秀学生奖学金（NMSQT）的唯一考试。说白了
就是垄断。每年大概有几百万美国高中学生（高二、高三各一半）参加十月间举行的统

right you got a point and is well taken here.
If my X61s is not SXGA+ I would not commend it that much. If you do coding
16:9 might not be too bad, but if you process documents it is a put down
for sure.
I would suggest people take a look at SONY Zs (especially the upcoming new
Zs) if you have deep pockets (prepare for spending $2000+) and want a
perfect system. If not, X201 is still a good system to have, if you feel
not like the "stripefish" screens.
