It will depend on the lenders. Fatest lender will take about 24-48 hours to
approve the loan and you can order appraisal right away after you click the
disclosure email, such as PF. The slow lender might take about 10 business
days to get your loan approved.
Turn around time for each lender is different too but usually new purchase

I really do not know if I can close on that date. It is barely 30 days, if
we agreed on prices, and inspection goes smoothly.

款,要求buyer在21天或30天内拿到loan commitment,一般在贷款人的申请文件提交到银
行3-5天后就可以拿到(具体要银行的turn time).
