月可以close purchase的贷款.

发帖数: 1879 | 4 I would assume you are asking conditional approval, since lender will not
provide commitment letter.
It will depend on the lenders. Fatest lender will take about 24-48 hours to
approve the loan and you can order appraisal right away after you click the
disclosure email, such as PF. The slow lender might take about 10 business
days to get your loan approved.
Turn around time for each lender is different too but usually new purchase
loan will have priority and always get fast respond comparing to refinance.
Once all the conditions are signed off, lender will give you the clear
approval and you can order the loan doc -> sign the doc -> fund the loan ->
close.
Usually 30 days should be enough for the new purchase loan.

为啥lender不给commitment letter呢？我们的contract上写的是到时要show的。

发帖数: 3523 | 6 如果application 已经送到underwriter那里了，大部分银行在3到5个工作日都会出
conditional approval，如果condition没啥难度，基本就可以出commitment letter了
。 之后清清condition，1-2周就应该可以close了。 |
