numbers for IB (as industry) but I can image all post-MBA roles in IB get

offer,本来期望total comp有个至少10%-15%的涨幅，结果对方说由于我没有相关经验
背景，最后negotiate到total comp大概就涨了7%-8%左右，而且base还比原来的低。但
看在对方老板说这个工作新人学习空间大，而且bonus的upside会很多的情况下，觉得
还是个不错的机会。没有想到前几天offer发下来以后再去问bonus的时候，回复是由于
我会是接近年底入职，我的bonus会根据入职时间pro-rated, 这样一来加上本来base也
低一些，整个comp不仅没有涨而且还少了一些。
希望版上各位指点一下这种pro-rate正常合理吗？我知道fresh学生入职是会这样，但
是我是有工作的只是没有相关的经验，对fund这个行业也不太了解。我的职位倒是

回顾一下无线通信产业发展的历史。
无线通信产业是由需求和技术两个轮子驱动前进的。早在1947年，贝尔实验室的科学家
就提出了蜂窝通信的概念，其中的核心技术是频率复用和切换。基于这一概念，贝尔实
验室于1978年研制出先进移动电话系统（Advanced Mobile Phone Service，AMPS），
这就是第一代移动通信系统。AMPS是一个模拟通信系统，采用频分多址（FDMA）的复用
技术，主要技术手段是滤波器，容易受噪声的干扰，语音质量较差。
随着集成电路技术的发展，第二代移动通信系统采用了数字技术，并采用TDMA和信道编
码技术，使得通信系统向宽带化发展，语音质量得到了较大的改善。 其中欧洲制定的

丁烷是丁烷，汽油是汽油，两种燃料。丁烷就是你小时候用的瓦斯罐子。卖丁烷的店很

目的是压价，是降低budget。
这个理解对不？hr的motivation和interest是什么？他的comp跟你的package有关系不？
最近在和一个hr拉锯，有不错的competing offer，但是闲聊间不小心有点被他知道我
其实很想去他家。personally一直谈得不错（当然hr都是万金油）。不知道这个
