看过这个youtube的朋友请注意43分钟左右他举的一个反对irreducible complexity的
例子。他承认熊猫身上clotting proteins符合irreducible complexity。但是他说鲸
鱼和海豚身上的clotting proteins和熊猫的一样，但是改变掉一点儿，功能仍然可以
实现。于是说irreducible complexity错了。
学过理工科，受过实验训练的人都懂一个道理。当要确定一个因素变化对实验结果影响
的时候，一定要在确保其他因素不变的情况下才能说，影响是由这个因素的变化带来的
。而上面的例子显然不符合。因为他用海豚鲸鱼身上的到的结果，和熊猫身上得到的结
果来比较，本身实验环境就不同。不能确定结果只是因为研究对象的变化产生出来的。

就是DNA上一个基因分成几段，比如说12345，五段
splicing complex（施一共解析的结构）可以选出1，2，5这三段合成一个RNA，翻译成

这有什么用呢？

感谢很多朋友来信。鉴于大家都很关心Google Intern的过程，我来详细的说说吧。Google intern interview的过程好像和以前不太一样了，目前在发正式offer前，需要经历2轮电话interview，然后会进入一个candidate pool，由manager来挑选，这个过程叫host bidding.
1. 电话interview: 都是google的开发人员来面的，所以比MS的HR难。当然从另一个方面来说，因为开发人员更容易理解你的code，你更容易和他们沟通。每个人大约2道题。其中一个人两个都是算法。另一个就会问一道概念题（当然，是很多小概念），一道算法。面完后，他们把feedback发给HR，如果两个人对你的评价都是positive，那么恭喜，你进入candidate pool 了。一般这个要等待1天到几周不等。

汪精衛這個人在歷史上的評價有很大的問題，所以一般說起來，向來很少人
講到汪精衛，即便是講到他也是從政治、從歷史的角度來講，很少人從詩詞這方而來著
手。而我講他的詩詞中的「精衛情結」，這個題目的選擇呢，其實也是有相當的偶然性。
我最初認識汪精衛這個名字，是在他建立南京政府以後。一九三七年發生了蘆
溝橋事變，當時我是初中二年級。「七七事變」發生在暑假，等到九月開學，我們學校
的所有舊的校長、舊的老師都不見了，換了新的校長、新的老師。我們事先得到通知，
說開學第一天，每個人要带墨水匣、硯台、毛筆，上了課老師就說，翻開第幾頁，把第
幾行第幾行塗去，或者翻開第幾頁，把這整頁都撕掉，當時我就想到法國作家都德寫的
《最後一課》 。之後到了一九四○年，怱然有一天，廣播上說是有汪精衛的講演，我
記得那天我伯父啊、母親啊很多人就在收音機那裡聽講演，那就是汪精衛回到南京建立
我們所謂的偽政府之後發表的第一次談話。我那時當然很年輕，聽到長輩們的說法，他

接下来周一的课（ 04、21、2014 ），代课老师又重复了那“Kolmogov Complexity”
，和Schema Theorem / Building Block Hypothesis, Deceptive Problems.
The complexity of a thing is defined by the smallest program that will
generate it.
How complex is the "source code" to generate? Kolmogov Complexity says
Program A cannot generate a program more complex than itself.
For Deceptive problems, Deception can be used to measure problem difficulty.

文花费了我们大量的精力。本人学习研读过杨先生很多著作，与杨先生交往多年，也对

偶要从偶APARTMENT COMPLEX门口左转到MAIN DRIVE WAY上去,
那个DRIVE WAY是来回四车道的. 靠近偶COMPLEX门的那个LANE对排
的很长很长, 偶本来乖乖的等, 等了很久很久, 今早雾非常大…
可是正好那边有红灯, 排在靠近偶COMPLEX门的那个LANE的人
BEING NICE, 给偶留了空, GIVE ME A SIGN LETTING ME TO DRIVE,
偶就慢慢的出去了, 可是搁着的那个LANE (SAME DIRECTION AS
THE LANE CLOSEST TO MY COMPLEX)本来是空的, 偶出去了一辆车
呼啸而来, 就BON BON BON, 她车头装在偶左车头
因为靠近偶COMPLEX门的那个LANE排了很多车, 整个VIEW是被
BLOCK掉的, 更本看不见那边过来的车. 警察是没给偶TICKET了,
