进化论至今不能解释基因如何慢慢累积，直到某个功能某块出现显性性状。我打个比方
就是只进化出一部份不够成功用的配件，并没有竞争优势。这个涉及到irreducible
complexity的问题。因为具体某个物种的具体性状模块确实不能简化，简化了就在这个
物种身上不工作了。
那个视频中的熊猫、鲸鱼、海豚实验要成立，要基于一个假设前提，就是irreducible
complexity是脱离具体物种都成立的。我不认为是这样。在某一个物种是irreducible
complexity的系统，在另外一个物种可能就不是。irreducible complexity够成对进化
论的打击就是在某一个物种上不能简化的模块是怎么进化出来的，基因怎么能慢慢积累
起来的？

用的地方，也可能是个complex
找一些抗体，做个简单的coIP， 或者做TAP+MS （按照我的经验，一次3xflag
affinity purification也可以的，只要对照好，MS好。TAP损失很多，细胞量不够，
complex弱，都做不动的）。还有mutant protein co-IP，这些都不用废话说的。。。

另外要提醒，在signal pathway里面，蛋白之间都是touch-off的形式，捞不到stable

however, for complex systems, you can only "guess" the low dimension
asymptotical model. because if the system is "complex" to us human being
micro-level knowledge cannot infer the macro-level behavior, and vice versa
the mechanistic answer is meaningful, the phenomenological one is
meaningful too. and for complex systems, these two cannot subsititute
each other unless the system become resolvable (not complex anymore). |

发帖数: 427 | 46 我个人的观点：公司大小差距不大，大公司小公司各有各的好处，基本上美国的公司还
是都挺正规的，关键是个人能力的发展。
个人觉得工作上的问题可以分为两种，simple question and complex question. 这两
个问题的最大区别是是不是可以outsource，一些工程的问题，举例来说，我工作过的
公司，六万尺的公司，mechanical engineer都没有来过工地看一眼，所有的一切都是
按照图纸，改图，签字，坦白讲，我不觉得这位设计师在纽约还是在加州有区别，只要
有PE的章盖一下，设计的细节都可以让别人在别处做。同样的例子我们想必见过很多，
类似软件的外包，客服的外包。complex question举个例子，比如ups，工作的内容很
简单，就是把一个快递送到另一个地方，但是这其中的复杂性不言而喻，对于建筑，一
个房子，从最开始构想，到设计，到实施盖起来，觉得在设计到实施是工程里面是最复
杂的阶段，因为可以有大量的可能性和变化，油尤其是处理一下很特殊的建筑，比如医
院，能够处理这样的问题，基本是不可能outsource的，只能local处理。 所以我觉得
