the Georgia DOR went after me for additional tax because I paid less. Your
dealer should have all the answers you need and will take care of the tax
issues. I do know some people take advantage of tax difference in different

I think you are talking about small brokerage firms vs. big banks (Wells
Fargo, BOA, etc).
Typically you will get best rates from small brokerage companies, but big
banks have some room to manipulate for special promotion or do case by case.

都差不多。如果医生是个cornea specialist万一有complication，follow up会比较好

4千多对Insured personnel可能是一个合理价位，因为如果有什么complication保险公
司有责任继续承担额外费用。但对cash payment来说，这个complication的风险就不是
这4千多能cover的。delivery毕竟和普通一次门诊相比风险大很多，出了问题医院也不
可能不救。门诊cash price 比insurance payment低可以理解，这个生产cash price也
低就不能理解了。当然医院可能没法把风险成本算在价格里面，因为这可能会涉及
price discrimination。但实际上这额外的风险成本其实是让所有买保险的人承担了，
是不公平的。当然这是当前医疗体制骨子里的问题，跟孕妇没多大关系。
一个可能的解决办法就是要求境外的病人支付一定的押金。如果顺利生产押金就退回。
或者设计一保险产品专门用于这一情况。不知道文中所提的二十几万是不是有一部分作
为押金用途。我个人觉得我昨天提到的medical travel的签证政策还是蛮合理的。不知

the NBA’s most stable teams, died Friday from complications of type 2
diabetes. He was 64.
Miller was at home with his family when he passed away, the team said in a
statement.
Miller had a heart attack in June 2008, then spent nearly two months in the
hospital for complications from diabetes. He was in a wheelchair after his
release from the hospital and his medical problems continued, leading to the
amputation of his leg |
