个CPO，让别人承担最新的1－2年的费用，等VALUE下降很多后，在入手，再开个4－5年

部空间足够大，舒适性也还不错
然后再买个或者lease个cmax或者volt作为日常comute
或者搞个mb metris，max towing 5000lb |

我有一辆16 RX450h Fsport，相当满意，开起来又稳又舒服。
这车的好处就是你怎么开都是稳稳的不费神的感觉。
所以长途或者comute基本不耗体力，轻松无比。

The little piece of information useful for you is that nowadays, HDTV comes
in two flavors, Over the air, and Cable.
To enjoy the former one, you need a tuner or TV equiped with something
called ATSC tuner, for later one, you need QAM(or clear QAM for unencrypted
signal) tuner.
So, the answer to your question, is that check your tuner,
if you see QAM tuner, you should able to watch the HDTV with your current
setting, otherwise, get a different TV tuner, actual T |

可以同时录和看。
但是要注意，hd-pvr是从机顶盒的component出来的信号，是模拟的。
也就是数字->模拟->数字，硬件压缩，支持h264+ac3,封装格式支持mp4,ts,m2ts
效果只能说一般。比机顶盒直接hdmi到电视要差一些。 |

发帖数: 2209 | 30 如果你有cable box，有HD package的cable service，是会有ESPN-HD,ESPN2-HD也应该
有的。那你就只要想个办法把cable box和电脑hook up就可以了。
大部分电视tuner卡都是有支持video-in外加录像功能的。
你的cable-box如果有普通的video out(composite)，或者S-video，就可以连接了，
缺点是不是HD信号，是变成模拟信号到电视卡的，信号质量不一定有保证。
或者你的monitor支持HDMI的话，就更方便了。
P.S.买个新电视不贵的，如果考虑以后搬家方便，720p的投影现在也基本白菜价了。 |

floorplan还行，没什么选的。
房子B：to be built, 4300 sft, 330k, best match floorplan and can pick up the
ideal lot. it is also very convenice for comutting to work and school.

周末回家。结果有一天回加拿大，在进入美国的时候，遇见一个红脖子CBP，他刁难了
我很多问题，最后给了一个理由，说我的TN是comuter system analyst，但是根据我的
工作，我的title应该是software engineer，于是把我的TN给没收了。
结果，我无法入境美国。
现在，公司给我加急申请了H1B，下周我又要去美国了，我担心以后持H1B的话，在边境
还会不会有什么麻烦，毕竟，如果因为这个原因把工作搞丢了就亏大了。

From flushing, if you take the #7 express train during rush hour you can
arrive Grand central in 23 mins. But of course, if you don't live right next
to the main st station, you would have to add another 10 mins - 15 mins to
get to the station.. It may take up to an hour for one-way commute from
flushing to anywhere in Manhattan, but I doubt it would be any more than
that...
