发帖数: 1 | 2 我刚买了房子这周close了，credit是直接通过CWtitle返的，计算在最终需要close的
费用里面。都不经过中介的手。
我的中介只是签了form 40把这笔钱分成两份。 一份是credit to closing cost， 一
份是 sales concession然后交给了银行和CWtitle就完了。因为credit每个银行有限额
，所以剩下的都算在sales concession里面了。
另外用的中介因为是我软同事，返的很多，没听说有什么法律问题。。。 |

Cairo Declaration has no legal binding power, where the San Francisco treaty
does. Or if Cairo Declaration had any such power, it was legally replaced
by the San Francisco treaty.
Both ROC and PRC were not part of San Francisco treaty, so the two had their
chance to force Japan into other, additional concessions, but neither did.
As such, the SF treaty is the legal bases for Japan's rights in 琉球. |
