去年恐慌性高位接盘，买了一个Condon，93W，首付27W，月供（$3250） + HOA（$350

2000，基本上每个月都是月光。最近房子下跌厉害，心理很虚啊。想着是不是该卖掉比

nowhere，而且周围的城市和旅馆都很稀少。如果你前一晚能住在BEND,REDMOND或
PRINEVILLE，第二天早点出门，那么当天玩完PAINTED HILL后晚上返回西雅图还是可行
的。返回的途中景点并不多，除了楼上有人提到的MARY HILL的石阵，那里还有一个艺
术博物馆（没有去过）。GOLDENDALE有一个天文台，夜晚的星空真的很明亮。此外，从
CONDON到GOLDENDALE的途中可以看见无数的风车，快到GOLDENDALE的时候可以远眺
MOUNT ADAMS。

认为我们会很幸运地赶上那批人登顶，于是有了以下几张照片。

还不错，缺点就是中午没饭，要带饭。
2.各有好处，10万的话买个两室的condon应该没问题，不考虑学区可以看看Bryan的房
子。不过建议还是住在学校南边，southwest以南的地方，房子贵点，但是一分价一分
货，学区和安全方面就好了很多。中国人以前在学校的UAP住的很多，现在老的公寓全
拆了，学生也被打散了。看你的情况还是家里搞个洗衣机比较方面，洗衣房洗一次也要
1-2块钱，买个新的洗衣机才300多。
3.走Wellborn必然会堵，要么早点到学校，要么晚一点。

人都不错，服务维修都很及时。缺点是手上的房子大部分在Bryan，而且比较老。

The commission is on the face value of the entire contract, though, not on the
actual paid-out amount, or even the guaranteed amount.
Tom Condon, the super agent whose clients include the Manning brothers, Drew
Brees, and Sam Bradford, has negotiated about 80 NFL contracts. Don't know
