人有可能活出一個無可責備的人生嗎？
答案是有可能。但是在
約翰一書1:8不是說＂ 我們若說自己無罪、便是自欺、真理不在我們心裏了。＂
我們每個人若都是罪人，我們如何能活出無可責備的人生呢？
我記得，當我正要步入青少年期時，有一次我父親把我叫來，送給我一張卡片，上面
有一顆很漂亮的樹，樹上結滿了果子。然後他就告訴我說：＂我希望你的人生就像這棵
果樹一樣，能活出一個無悔的人生＂
當時我覺得，這很容易阿，只要不做壞事，不就能達到了嗎？
但是當我愈長大，我就發現愈來愈難，因為我發現我自己裡面沒有良善，我發現立志
為善由得我，但是行出來由不得我，所以我非常痛苦，愈想要為善，就愈痛苦。
後來我遇到一位新派神學的牧師；（新派神學其實就是不信派，是惟理性派）；他跟
我說，你為什麼要如此痛苦呢？你可以從這當中解脫阿，因為神是你自己想出來的，我
思故我在，只要你不要想，神就不存在了。

供。
逻辑：
刑讯逼供的confession没有可信度<－－>如何判断confession没有刑讯逼供的情形？
虽然上述逻辑不难理解（也许我这么说不对，今天的中国人也少有知道这个道理的），
不承认confession在现实中实现是有条件的。条件就是“实证主义”。
犹太教的Talmud和罗马律法的Digest对于实证有三条原则：证人原则，对刑事犯罪的证
据高标准要求，和对推测的逻辑推理。换成我的话说，就是对事情的判断，要基于证人
，证据，法官的逻辑推理。
这种思维习惯，不仅仅是对犯罪，罪犯，的态度。而是对于几乎所有人和自然的关系讨
论都是成立的。比如说：科学。
反观古代中国刑事判决，虽然在《吕刑》中已经对证据做了规定。但是朝代自此以下，
于Talmud和Digest相比，有最大的两点不同：一，对当事人的询问。二，司法官员的通
过察言观色获得的直观感受最重要（两造具备，师听五辞）。其实不要不承认，中国人
自古以来断案不是重证据，而是一民意，二青天大老爷。
