was found hanged in his New York City apartment in an apparent suicide,
police and his lawyer said on Saturday.

put into the confession, he signed it, he agreed to it. Then he has to
accept what the court will sentence him based on his confession, and he has
to also accept the possibility that the court won't accept his claim that
the confession was false because he put trick words into it.
If he believe in the "process", then he has to accept the consequence. He
can't have it both ways. |

那天做mortgage preapproval letter，broker查了下下三家公司的信用报告，发现两家
特别低，因为有一个medical collection record
想了下应该是半年前一次看病，医院多charge了，我没有付那不该我付的部分，后来跟
医院交涉多次终于纠正了错误，现在的credit report中collection balance说是0，但
是那个collection record还在。请问现在有什么办法去掉吗？据说会影响信用记录十年
啊。。。拿不到好rate了

nothing to help Xiao for his criminal action, if proven to be true (based
the info disclosed on line, such as his own confession and the other
