贷款no cost 30年固定利率涨至5.125%了！想想前两个多月前最低都做到4.125%，真是

固定涨到到5.000%了！但愿已买房交定金的朋友们利率已经锁定了，否则银行有可能根

贷款。

conforming，贷款要求没什么区别，只要收入可以支持debt就可以。
rate会比conforming loan高些，不过，现在正是贷super conforming的好时候呀，
rate只比conforming loan高一点点，0.125%吧。 |

这里大于417K的指的是Super Conforming loan.
最近5/1 ARM,Conforming loan(<=417K)和Super Conforming loan(>417K),同等利率下
,银行给的rebate是一样的.
比如: 5/1 ARM,2.500%的利率,rebate都是1个point.
If loan amount is 450K,那么rebate就是$4500.
If loan amount is 300K,那么rebate就是$3000.
所以Conforming loan和Super Conforming loan,同等利率下,银行给的rebate也一样时
,loan amount越大,就有可能拿更好一点的利率.
希望这些信息能帮助LZ理解以上的5/1 ARM利率的不同.

10月的485 RD，刚刚收到RFE通知，主副均要求补充材料，主申请人三项，副申请人二
项，要求6月20号必须回复。
主申请人中，其余两项简单，但RFE出生证明，感觉比较麻烦。原话如下：
The Service acknowledges the notarial certificate of birth that was
submitted in support of the application. However, a page of the document
with handwritten language and various stamps was not translated. Further, it
should be noted that the photocopy of this notarial certificate (number xxx
issued xxx, 2011) does not appear to be a complete copy of the document as

村里的土证明（汉语的），第二页是公证处的出生证明，第三页是第二页的英语翻译。
就这三页。现在被RFE了两条，第一是没有conformity statement，第二是officer说那
个土证明是啥，盖了好几个章，需要翻译。
因为原始的出生公证没有conformity那两页（中英文各一页），于是我最近又重新办了
一份新的，含conformity的两页。请问这次提交RFE时，还需要解释上次那个土证明的
事情吗？还是直接提交新的含conformity的证明，不提土证明那一茬？

另外：是否需要说明上次的出生公证本身不含有conformity那2页，所以这次办理了一

I remember a lot of old textbook say that ATP in Topo II is changing

interest rate changed little bit better as stock pull back.
10 yr fixed continue to show improving. It is good time to lock it

000 左右。 我们当然cover underwriting, appraisal fee, 及title 公司的费用。
PF 永远不做Super Conforming， Condo 的loan。
即使是conforming loan, 对condo的要求也越来越高， 新出炉的 Condo Questionare
有两个无理的问题， 已有越来越多的HOA 拒绝回答问题，当然， loan 就会死菜啦。
所以， 对condo, 最好不用PF.
别的lender，5/1 ARM, primary residence,
Conforming--2.875%,no points, no costs, no impound;
Super Conforming--3.0%,no points, no costs, no impound. |
