没影响就没管，想着可能是正在出大牙，引起的低烧。 到了周四早上，喝完奶后，她
咳嗽了几声，好像是喉咙呛进了东西似得，就是气管那儿感觉有东西，我去取空奶瓶时
，她的脑袋从垫高的枕头上滑落了下去， 想着可能是奶呛着了，也就没在意。
到了周五早上，就感觉她偶尔咳嗽的时候，还是那种喉咙呛进东西似得声音----感觉要
是大人的话，咳咳肯 定能咳出些痰或什么出来似得。但是她是小宝宝，即使是咳出痰
，也不会吐出来，所以到底她咳出来什么没有，我无可而知。我担心是气管或肺有问题
，我就一早带 她去看了她的PCP。 医生看了她的口里，耳朵，体温，听诊器听听，也
没什么都没查到。说可能是什么VIRO， 让回去多喝点水，继续观察。
这 个周末我们就给她和了些朋友给的国内带来的枇杷止咳粉剂，给她混到冰糖炖梨水
里喂她。 现在她偶尔还咳嗽，（比如一两个小时咳一次的那种），有时候我把手贴到
她后背上，能感觉到像猫肚子里的发出来的呼噜呼噜声的震动。 她这种情况，会是气

TCP vs TCP is fair.
TCP vs UDP is not fair because UDP doesn't have congestion control. The
degree of unfairness is decided by the process that generates the UDP
datagrams.
There are many reasons for congestion. It doesn't matter the physical
network is wifi or ethernet or PPP.Even if you have super fast wifi,
congestion can still happen. |

就说这个高速收费吧，明明CHICAGO比土共还狠，可是五毛不看英语新闻，就不知道。
最近ILLINOIS这个收费的事争论的很厉害，IPASS最低收费从40C一下跳到75C，这个接
近100%涨价了。可是老百姓反对根本没戏。当然政府理由基本和土共一样的。但是
CHICAGO的几个着名小将是基本不开车不看/听英语新闻的，估计都是学校里的F1/J1，
所以这么好的素材都放过了。
75C还是IPASS最低收费，很多口DOUBLE都不只，最高是1.95刀。这是IPASS，CASH收费
是DOUBLE的。本来40C的口，CASH是80C。现在CASH最低是1.5刀了。
从我家去OHARE机场，来回50MILE，合80公里，要过355，88，294的6个收费口，新的收
费标准，涨价后收费就要5到8块，和3，50块人民币了，这还是IPASS。CASH收费是
DOUBLE。估计最高可能要100块RMB了。
所以天下乌鸦是一般黑的。老美以前还好，现在DEM控制的蓝州，比土共还狠啊。

对于难题要做到镇静，想想我不会的题目，多数人也未必会，镇静，镇静！镇静下来之
后才能慢慢寻找解题思路，难题的难点在于，题目信息不熟悉，备选答案内容不熟悉，
不要慌，想一想，出题者的思路在哪里，用自己熟悉的知识点去解决不熟悉的信息，这
就是apply的过程，比如genetic的题目。以不变应万变。
对于不会的题目，不要粘题，没有思路，跳过去，回头再想。有时是瞬时block out一
叶障目，后头再看的时候会发现豁然开朗。不值得浪费太多时间在一道题目上面。
关于排除法的应用，首先排除自己熟悉的选项，再排除自己不熟悉的选项，如果自己熟
悉的选项不能排除，怎么能排除自己根本看不懂的选项。解决方案：如果最后自己熟悉

It sounds like the pipe after the bath tub has some congestion. Since your
bath tub is the last exit, so it will eventually go down -- that is why you
can feel it in the bath tub.
Depending how far it is from your bath to the final exit. My house has 70
feet from master bedroom to the exit, so 15 feet may not get to the
congestion spot. |

发帖数: 63 | 42 因为清晨（只有清晨才有的症状，而且是醒来的时候正常，但是略微一点点冷刺激就要
擤鼻涕，其他时候完全没有任何不适，没有鼻涕），鼻涕带有黄绿色黏液，经常混有血
迹，回吸痰大多时候是无色透明黏液。大多数醒来会感觉嘴唇发干，鼻腔内很干，手指
伸进去会碰到硬booger，略有有些痛。症状持续将近三个月。期间去过一次医院，简单
检查了鼻腔，开了（congestion）这个药，后来发现效果不是很明显。两个月后，于是
上周又去看了一次医生。
医生这回用了led灯，检查了我的耳道，鼻腔，口腔。手指触诊了我的颈部淋巴，听诊
了我的胸腔，腹腔。均没有发现问题。我也没有任何疼痛，包括面部，耳部等其他任何
位置，没有发烧疲劳等其他感觉。但是鼻腔，医生发现我的鼻中隔弯曲（他认为只能通
过手术矫正，但是不建议这么做）于是这会医生认为我是sinus irritation,给我开了
fexofenadine,和Azelastine HCL 喷鼻液
与上回不同的时候，近期咽部的症状明显缓解（之前老是感觉有痰但是吐不出来，近期
这种感觉减弱），我想咨询下，鼻子的这种问题可能是什么问题，有没有什么建议？

发帖数: 1 | 43 之前因为colored mucus （yellow and green, bloody sometimes，最近一个月或多或
少经常出现bloody mucus)，colored mucus断断续续持续三个多月，被校医院两个医生
当成congestion处理，
然后第三次，上周四又去了一次换了个医生。医生听见肺部有mucus sound, 然后右耳
有轻微的耳鸣。没有其他任何不适，疼痛等。
于是给开了10天的阿莫西林，和mucinex。（针对chest congestion的那款）吃了三天
，发现bloody mucus居然没了。周天晚上，我去游泳了，和之前一样较大运动量。 这
周一开始，就开始感觉shortness of breath， chest discomfort，谈不上痛。
今天仍然有同样的感觉，药还是坚持吃的。 然后我今天试图约那个医生follow up，发
现她只有周四清晨
可以见面。
请问我现在这个condition有没有什么建议？只要在室内我就感觉气短不舒服甚至焦虑
。室外会好很多。晚上回家在家里也感觉适中，没有多大不适。但是自己血压心跳比以前
