楼主在圣诞旅行的过程中收到了Facebook 的 Intern offer。拿到了dream offer, 加
入了 dream group，也意味着这半年找工作的过程暂时告了一个段落。
回想这半年，做为一个高年级的Ph.D. 来说，花半年的时间刷题找工作，真心不易。其
实自己找工作的时候从版上收益良多，所以也抱着回报和感恩的心情，也把自己找工作
的经历和教训做一个总结。希望对后人有用。
先说说自己的背景。一般大学CS Ph.D, 研究编程模型和并行计算。第五年phd，之前有
两次在非ＣＳ的大公司实习的经历，但不是software development intern。组里以前
毕业的师兄大都去了国家实验室和硬件公司，还没有人去过FLAG。
结果：
投了Facebook, Google, Amazon, LinkedIn，都是找人内推。Facebook 找了大牛校友
内推，最后很快拿到了面试。Google 找版上的国人大哥内推的，也很快拿到了内推。

公理：Idea都是testable 的。否则叫幻想，宗教，或白日梦。
好idea 第一定律，如果成了，收益远远大于投入；第二定律，只有少数人能想到。第
三定律，需要test时间很长的idea，有divide and conquer的可能。
举例：第一点，如果某个idea要花几个月test，成了就是一片好文章或grant的基础，
那就是好idea。如果要花五年以上test，要成了能得炸药奖或Lasker 奖那才值。好
idea如果成了能开辟新领域或至少现有领域能更深入，而不是平行地挖类似的坑。第一
点，在试成之前，没经验的人很难判断好坏，所以就有了第二条。
第二点，如果一个idea 只有你想到了，实验室其他人都没想到，那就可能是好idea。
这个要求你有平均水平以上智商。智商太低的，基本上没有别人想不到而你想到的。
第三点，不一定总成立，有的好idea不能分割成更小的部分，但大多数在生物学领域的
好idea都是可以divide and conquer 并且能step-by-step logically test。也就是说

在一个封闭的体系下，当前的教育还是可取的，甚至是最优的
但是在全球化 原始丛林法则下，当前教育出来的价值观非常有问题：
1.过分追求完美，研究回字的4种写法，大量时间精力耗费在不需要的细节上
一个直接后果就是：过于好高骛远。比如现在刚建国60年，改开才30年，国内不少人就
要求收入与霉国看齐，税收与东南亚看齐，福利与欧洲看齐，环境资源与澳洲看齐……
……这显然是外F党在backfire
2.过分强调唯一主义标准答案，与实际的原始丛林法则南辕北辙。过分相信外人是理性
而不是主观感性
3.Meritocracy，强调内部竞争而非合作，导致被异族不费吹灰之力divide and
conquer。
什么是Meritocracy?就是年级第一带一朵小红花。
怎么样被异族不费吹灰之力divide and conquer? 你这个县倒贴1亿吸引外商，旁边的
县倒贴5亿吸引外商，外商最后去旁边的县，吃完补助再拍屁股走人。或者，你这个外F
倒贴嫁妆给白男，另一个外F倒贴上海市中心的房产给白男，白男依次和两个外F上床，
有一点良心的结婚，大多数情况下提裤子走人。
