地方烦请指正：
美联航里程 (MileagePlus) ：往返可以有两个开口加一个停留，除了夏威夷外开口不
能在中途。可以换单程，但不可有停留。例外：全程在加拿大+美国本土+阿拉斯加(美
加)境内的机票没有免费的停留。
美国航空里程 (Aadvantage)：不可有停留。可以换单程。
达美航空里程 (Skymiles)：不可有停留。可以换单程。
阿拉斯加航空 (Mileage Plan)：可以换单程，而且换单程可以有停留。
加航里程 (Aeroplan)：起点或终点在美加境内可以换单程，不可有停留。往返的情况
比较复杂，需分以下几种情况：
1. 洲际旅行(travel between two continents)：官网上只能出一停留或一开口，打电
话给加航可以出两个停留或是一开口一停留的里程票。
2. 美加境内：可以有一开口或是一停留。
3. 美加前往夏威夷/波多黎各/墨西哥/加勒比/中美洲：
只含加航：可以有两个停留或是一开口一停留。
含有星盟伙伴(如UA)：可以一开口一停留。
