主要用做鹿肉脯, 猪牛也可只是没鹿嫩, 俺不是瞎说, 有一年没打到就买了点猪肉做也
还真不错, 至少比店里的JURKY 筋筋拉拉的好多. 顺便说, JURKY 各种牌子, MS 只有
WORLD KITCHEN 牌筋筋拉拉少,基本纯精肉.
肉, 3LB
切成一二寸大小, 3MM 厚薄片. 用水泡几遍洗掉过多血水. 最后用手挤干, 尽量干(很
重要)
作料:
1. GARLIC POWDER, 1 到2 TSP
2. GINGER POWDER, 1 到2 TSP
3. GROUND BLACK PEPPER, 2 TSP 或更多点
4. CHEYENNE CHILI PEPPER POWDER (辣椒粉) 少许

evaporation。室内没有风帮助散热，所以要出更多的汗来帮助降低温度(而且散热效率
还不高)。 |

i use simple cast iron or stainless steel pans and pots from makers such as
Staub, All-Clad, Fissler, Le Cruest and etc. I love Staub and All-Clad the
best...
I have never used my dish washer before, always hand wash. All-clad remains
shiny wash after wash.. its the only stainless steel brand i use now, used
to have a few Le Cruest stainless steel products, but they are really crappy

实dispersion与convection的含义倒是有点接近。diffusion一般翻译成扩散，主要指
分子扩散，比如催化剂内部的气体扩散。而dispersion则一般翻译成弥散，扩散。这个
单词一般不用于气体在催化剂颗粒内部的扩散，以及溶质在溶剂中的扩散，以气固流化
床为例，气体在整个反应器尺度范围内的组分扩散（弥散）经常用dispersion来形容，
而这种dispersion在很大程度上包括了对流扩散，它主要是指气体组分在反应容器内的
迁移，而一旦气体进入固体，就要用diffusion而绝对不能用dispersion了 |

概21 kip.容器下面是3个脚固定在pad上面。
soil pressure估计就是1500,因为在沙漠.wind speed大概120MPH。
tank直径 66inch， 高205 inch。（估计的)
是不是要把21kip的力分到3个支脚上面然后算point load
？ 如果容器在没有装满的时候，wind load跟seismic load会不会造成一个impulsive
跟 convective force?

没有INTRINSIC的DYNAMO产生的磁场，像地球那样的。
随便找2篇PAPER就行了。
ACUNA的SCIENCE
和Connerney的REVIEW PAPER就够了。
基本结论是现在火星的CORE里没有CONVECTION。
所以没有DYNAMO，没有磁场。
但剩辞表明在很久以前是有的（FIRST SEVERAL MILLION YEARS） |

maximum wind). Best Track has maximum sustained wind, center pressure (for
Atlantic storms) and center location.
One way to do it is to retrieve this information from satellite data. For
example, we can define RMW as the distance between storm center and the
coldest convective tops. But this would a very labor-intensive work. I
hope someone has already done it so we can use the product (maybe there is). |

temperature. If you only know the inside process fluid temperature, the
result is not accurate since it doesn't take into account the convection
effect between the inside fluid and the inner pipe surface. I have checked
the results with the heat transfer equation. So I recommend to do it by
yourself if the problem is not very complicated. You can get the empirical
heat transfer coefficient from ASHRAE handbook. |
