录音软件很多，最常用也最简单用的就是Cool Edit了。网上可以搜索一下Cool Edit Pro的破解版，以及最常用的插件： Wave， BBE和Ultrafunk。 我这里有一个Adobe Audition 1.5版的下载链接。AA1.5是Cool Edit的第一个升级版本，功能比Cool Edit强大，支持VST插件，而且比较稳定，不容易crash （对了，在使用Cool Edit的时候要养成随时save的好习惯，CE比较容易crash）。另外，前面提到的那三个插件，也可以在这个版本里用。

稍微有运动常识的人都知道在运动前尤其是剧烈运动前要先热身，包括活动全身各关节
/慢跑/拉伸肌肉和韧带等，剧烈的运动比如足球比赛之前的热身要更充分，达到出汗和
呼吸急促的程度，然后稍休息一下再投入比赛才能在比赛时有最好的发挥。热身不仅影
响运动的performance，更重要的是减少运动中受伤的可能，比如常见的关节的扭伤和
肌肉的拉伤。
相对来说一般对cool down 强调的要少一些，在国内的运动常识是运动以后不能太着急
cool down，最典型的是一般运动后不要喝冷饮，虽然运动后喝凉饮料很爽；再比如说
剧烈运动后不宜吹空调。我踢完球一般回家的时候在车里即使是夏天也最多开很小的风
，宁愿让汗继续出一会儿身体再慢慢凉下来。

以前在两个不同的车行里修过1994 Honda Accord发热（overheat while stopped in
traffic)的问题。都没有完全根除。换了thermostat, cooling fan switch,
temperature sender (sensor), 问题还在。
前几天去Honda dealer，最后告诉我说，他们发现在cooling system里面有一个气泡（
air pocket), causing the temperature sensor reading to be erratic。他们bleed the cooling system, 换了coolant. 好像问题已经彻底解决了。
感谢网上各位给过我建议的好心人（我前些天 发过贴 求助）。也同时给各位一个
case study: 发热的原因之一，有可能是气泡造成。 |

需要service for cooling system.随信给了两个胖子，其中一个是Radiator/cooling
system drain&refill的。不过我怎么也不记得当时他们和我说车有啥问题了。
这个是说我的cooling sys坏了还是就是建议maintanence？
自己能diy不。

没当回事，后来经观察确定是 cooling fan 的切换开关的声音。一般在启动车后能听
到，因为这时候发动机不太热，所以cooling fan会自动的时停时开，一般是风扇启
动时开关的noise要比 停止时的开关noise大些。
我今天观察了我的camry，好像也有类似的click noise 不过小很多，不大注意得到。

cooling unit拆出来，装新的。本来有点担心，但是前几天都没闻到什么味道，也就没

没化妆没灯光。天然不雕饰。青春逼人。小伙子站一起。真是一道亮丽的风景。
有帅哥。有打酱油的，和朋友们一致认为。孩子们这几个月都没敢沾油了。不容易。
总的来说。cool guy很多是专业教练和体院大学生。
往年的cool guy冠军都会选身高在183以上，脸帅，身材lean.不能muscle太大。 |

发帖数: 252 | 49 2002年的E46 330i 买回来只是自己换过window regulator和两个break pad
2月的时候一次missfire 尝试换了6个spark plug没起作用 后来发现是coil的问题 又
自己换了coil 这些倒都是不难
半个月前突然belt断了 助力没有了 幸好几分钟的路到家 就直接开到了家 没有
overheat 然后就开始了修车的准备
弄了special tool把fan clutch弄下来 发现一个idler pulley没了-_-!! 换belt的同
时决定把cooling system做一次大修 直接order了water pump+thermal+cooling tank+
2 hoses 修了4天 终于弄好了
DIY的意义就在于其中的乐趣和事后的成就感
开E46的朋友可以一起交流一下 |
