本人是国际学生，master学位，EAD opt, 没有工作经验。
不知道corporate finance方向的工作好找吗？一般需要什么样的学位和背景？
sponsor h1b的情况如何？一般entry level的薪水有多少呢？
问的问题很初级，真心感谢有人帮忙回答一下！ |

之类做tax的，就是partnership。之前我很喜欢fund 这块，但是现在觉得会不会太窄
了啊，以后没地方跳槽啊。说以后可以去fund那里做，可是fund肥缺很少啊，没那么容
易进去啊。现在考虑是不是应该做corporation啊，这样出路多些，而且我很想往
international tax靠，感觉高精尖的样子。汗自己一个先...
我现在30的大妈一枚，有娃，目前在大城市，但以后很可能会随着ld relocate 到小地
方（但是不一定）。希望过来人给点建议。international tax靠谱吗？ 还是就老老实
实呆在corporation就好了，还是现在的fund group就挺好的？ 谢谢了～～～麻烦了～ |

一直想进firm做审计，工作几年攒点经验。我只是想找entry level的审计工作，也不
要求很大的firm，死活找不到啊。
我这种情况不能走校招，可市面上experienced hire全部要求有public accounting工
作经验。网上几乎没有适合我这种背景的opening，极少的几个机会我投了简历都没有
下文。我就想不明白了，有好几年corporate accounting 经验了，做审计怎么也应该
比刚出校门的学生强吧，我接受entry level的薪水，这都不要我？！
是不是这种情况有别的门路，或者哪里不对？有没有人给支支招或者给推荐一下啊？先

less econometrics and math, but the future development trend is that more
elegent econometric methods will be required for corporate finance as well
since ideas are close to exhaust, just like asset pricing...

我的背景：我是美国一个排名不错（十来名吧）的学校的商学院phd，是本科毕业
直接过来的，没有工作经验。现在发现自己将来不想教书。。。觉得去政策性机构或者
private
sector都挺好的，但是对这些不太了解。
有几个问题想问问这里的师兄师姐们~
1. 政策性机构，像world bank, Asian development bank这种地方，他们招fresh
phd应该就是那种young professional那种项目吧？这种项目一般每年是多少人抢多少
位置啊？这些机构会招中国人么？自己要有多么competitive才能进这种机构呢？申请
的时候是dissertation重要还是推荐信重要呢？transcript会看么？
2. private sector，看前面帖子说可以分为咨询和金融。
（1）咨询：中国人在这里做咨询的前途大概怎么样呢？可能我了解太少的缘故，咨
询大概就是类似case study吧，那phd有什么优势呢？

Then what is the relation between this market default risk premium with
corporate bond credit spreads? I thought it is POSITIVE. Am I correct?

, Roll and Ross (1986)'s UPR (they called it unanticipated change in ri
sk premium) in their factor model.
If you think of the corporate bond credit spreads as the risk premium of the
corporate bond and you believe this factor model works, then you can check
their factor loading on UPR. If I remember correctly, it was positive in the
paper.

于压力不会说支持trump,特别是他大比分落后的情况下。
还是看捐款，rally实况来预测最后的turnout ratio。
美国很多传统企业现在六神无主，因为以前基本都有和Hillary以及Obama各种advisory
的直线联系，现在都在抱怨trump周围谁都没有，想套近乎也不行，说难道要去找

新车。是车厂的折扣， 和Dealer应该无关。从公司portal link过去。经过ADP验证。
自动生成一个带着我名字的barcode.
这个折扣应该什么时候用？一开始就说肯定是不对的。这样Dealer就不愿意给其他折扣
了。 是等让dealer互相bid之后，再让他们用这个？ 还是给他们这个之后再互相bid?
应该可以和Dealer自己的offer合用吧？ |

It does not matter which county you are in.
So for a LLC reported as S corp,
you have to pay self employed tax around 13.3%,otherwise IRS will shoot you.
you have to pay income tax as you pass though the gains from S corp to your
individual 1040.
And you also have to pay 9.5% to the state.
