问如果不是很严重的病症，打这种药会有什么不好的地方么？还是理疗比较好一点？不

我把肺科的工作routine的治疗部分简单综合一下,希望对大家有帮助.也许我把英文写
成瑞典语了,但两者差不多相信大家都懂.
1. 治疗的标准
没有症状,能正常活动.可以和其它人一样运动.用最小剂量的药物并且没有副作用.肺功
能正常.不必看急诊.
2. PEF Peak Expiratory Flow 的使用
用PEF 的测量值来控制药量和肺功能非常重要.建议使用.在瑞典凭医生的处方可以在药
店免费拿到.
3. 药物有以下几类
a. 含cortison的抗炎吸入剂.
b. 快速作用的气管支气管扩张剂.
c. 长效气管支气管扩张剂.
d. 含cortison的抗炎吸入剂+长效气管支气管扩张剂.
e. Antileucotriene 这个我不大会翻译.
4. 怎么用药
a. 如果发作多于2次/周需要规律用药.首选含cortison的抗炎吸入剂.抗炎是最重要的
治疗(注意不是抗感染).用药过晚或不当会造成气管支气管粘膜的损坏和肺功能的下降.
b. 如果治疗a.没能停止发作需加用长效气管支气管扩张剂.

开了一堆的要，没办法，全身都是红斑，还结痂流水，之前用了hydro-cortisone
cream 1% 1周后不敢再用了，用的时候很好，不用马上返回，还会更厉害。现在头上摸
Derma Smoother FS，说是针对头皮藓的，脸上摸Desonide 0,05%,身上还是hydro-
cortisone cream 1%，医生开的是2,5%，我没用，还有什么止痒水，消炎药水，我都
没给她喝，因为最清楚她身体状况的是我不是医生，而且药喝多了也没好处。她每天清
水洗澡，因为要换药。有时也用Aveeno的沐浴露。这几天好多了，她也不痒了，脸也干

是。
湿疹是很让人烦恼的。要有耐心。湿疹治不好，也很难“消灭”。但可以好好的处理不
会使其更严重。
在此我给你我几个建议，也献给版上所有患有湿疹的宝宝和妈妈们：
1。不让宝宝抓，让宝宝带手套。
2。不要在水泡上涂任何护肤品。
3。到药店买over-the-counter 1% hydrocortisone 涂在水泡上. 我知道很多妈妈怕给
宝宝用cortisone.但如果你可以等水泡自己好，宝宝不会抓破水泡，那就自然不用涂。
但这是不太可能的。湿疹一发出来就可能有几星期到几个月的发作期，如果你看到水泡
没了，皮结痂了，那恭喜你，湿疹快好了。但通常的情况是水泡好了又起，起了又好，
其间还会流清色液体，或是流脓。奇痒无比。所以要想早点好，就快点涂，每天早晚两
次。等到皮肤平了，好了，就停 （这东西像感冒药一样，长时间用就没效了，要换更
强的cortisone了, 但没好之前要坚持用，不要停停用用），好了以后上护肤品。护肤
品版上常有给湿疹宝宝的推荐，我就不提了。

Miconazole Nitrate 2%, Chlorhexidine Gluconate 2%。后来也跟医生确定了一下,

什么副作用， 就是没有cortisone 口服效果好。 shampoo 是virbac 牌子的， amazon
上有， review 不错。
我家的也不知道是什么过敏， 所以我又洗澡又换粮又喷药的。 不过医生说
environmental allergies 的可能比较大， 因为一吃激素就有立竿见影的效果。 如果
是食物过敏一般没那么快见效。
现在就在一些比较好的牌子里轮流grain free, bison/venison/salmon 的狗粮， 加
costco 买的salmon oil， 吃激素的时候医生建议给的biotin也有时候吃点。不过我经
常给些有鸡肉什么的treats 好像没啥大反应。 时不时会有一大片hotspot 出来，喷药
水就行了。
现在很悲剧的我家猫咪也过敏， 脖子上一片包， 奇怪的是我们出门玩， 没人没狗，
她就自己好了。 一回家又开始长包了。。。。 |

下来的. 以前试也没敢经常用. 后来状态实在太差了, 脸四肢都流水. 体无完肤. 靠
antibiotic 都不管用了,给bleach bath结合药给控制下来的. 现在每两天bleach bath
, 然后少量局部用cortison控制.还可以.比以前好多了. 皮肤基本光滑. 可以睡整觉.
自己的理论就是有eczema特别是皮屑的皮肤会滋生大量细菌(staff bateria), 必须内
外结合消灭了细菌,皮肤才能愈合,恢复光滑. 否则就一直恶性循环. bleach bath 就起
这个作用.比oral antibiotic 好. 浴后润肤霜/油 的作用就是把皮肤的微孔给封上,
以免细菌再进去刺激. 皮肤科医生推荐是每天bleach bath. |

Cortisone.
SymbiCort是 Formoterol + PulmiCort, 一个long acting beta agonist + 一个
inhaled steroid。SymbiCort = symbiotic (生物共生) Cortisone，Formoterol 都不
用记了。
和SymbiCort 同类的是 Advair, Advair = salmeterol + fluticasone. Salmeterol
呢，挖其根源，和Albuterol 、Formoterol一样，都是terol 一族， beta-2 agonist
。而fluticasone 呢，看似又一个难记的，但是慢着，它的brand name 是 什么？是
Flonase 啊！Flonase 作为inhaled steroid，最早是用来治疗过敏性鼻炎，也就是---
Flow nose。所以Advair = 一个long acting beta agonist + 一 |

1）如果是皮肤粗糙，那么Aquaphor可能有用
2）如果是发红，aveeno不够的话，用cetaphil试试
3）如果实在是很痒，可能要考虑用含cortisone的药膏先把痒控制下来。当然这个用有
cortisone的药膏要特别注意观察。如果是用几天湿疹就彻底好了，我觉得应该用（就
像我们梦梦1岁之前），但是如果用了几天控制不了，或者一停就要反复，你还是要找
医生看看
4）不管用不用药，moisturizer是每天一定要涂的
5）他如果老要挠，建议睡觉给带上个薄的mitten，防止把脸抓坏
安慰你一下，大部分婴儿的湿疹，都是很快会好的。最可怕的是像我们梦梦这样3,4岁
的时候再次发作。 |

发帖数: 1606 | 23 这玩意儿还是挺恐怖的，去海边玩千万别掉以轻心。jelly fish看上去就像一个很精美
的塑料工艺品，但是蜇丝藏在下面，很长，有一秒钟就缠到身上了。你立即扯下后刺还
在皮肤里。最好立即用稀醋酸擦洗(cvs or walgreen有)，再用信用卡或剃须刀把刺挂
出来，不要乱动，防止毒液扩散。因为毒液会麻痹神经，大面积被蜇要立即送医院，还
要和病人说话保持其清醒。小蜇一下后遗症也会持续个把月，痒的话涂氢化可的松(
cortisone)。 |

再讲看脚的经历。
我上中学大学的时候特喜欢踢球，来美国以后踢球的人少了，我就改跑步。结果跑
了几年，膝盖开始疼，但跑个一万米基本还可以坚持下来，看了一堆医生一直没看
出是啥原因。两年多前为了准备一个比赛，跑得强度大概大了一点，导致连十分钟
都跑不了，膝盖就会疼得受不了。再加上有了小孩，基本就停止跑步了。大概人这
东西就是贱，在国内的时候经常穿着破胶鞋在水泥地上踢球，前几年也使狂跑步，
脚一直也没出过啥毛病。一旦停止运动，让脚板过上了好日子，它反而抗不住了。
去年年初的时候发现一穿皮鞋，左脚前掌就很疼。去看了一个足科医生，照了X光，
说一切正常，疼痛是因为我的足弓太高造成的，告诉我修养一下就好了。我也没当
回事，穿皮鞋不行就穿底特厚的跑步鞋呗。穿跑步鞋基本感觉不到疼痛，虽然跑不

侧较多，踝关节附近。11 个月开始在外面走路，小区 夏天 草地较多，怀疑过敏：
尝试过：
1） 长裤 2）忌口 鱼肉 牛肉 牛奶 均不起作用
医生推荐 氢化Cortisone 开始效果好 一周以后没有什么作用了 又不敢用多了
花露水 临时止痒
晚上一热，小家伙就乱抓，看着痒的可怜。
版上各位有什么好的建议，或者我们疏漏了什么请给些建议。

during pregnancy is PUPPP.
Sunburn lotion (with lidocaine) is safe for itch/pain relief during

told me then it could be recurrent but ths has been long time. The

include Cortizone-10 (Cortisone), Cortaid (hydrocortisone). Before using
steroid type creams, you need to have a pretty good idea that the lesion is
