and raise the inflation expectations. private sector companies are
becoming more cost conscious and have became more efficient by laying
off and reducing cost. so, the only possible choice is to raise the
salary in the public sector. they are doing it because this is one
of the few left options....but you have to give them credit as they
are trying what they can do... |

一个叫predicted rating，就是今年评价明年的，低的能一直低下去n年，高的也一直
都在天上
一个是号称自己统计的xx万个车主的结果，还号称自己最独立，不接受任何资助，笑死
了，不知道他们是不是靠喝西北风过活
疯田事件之前，cr的年度车型10个里面有一半都是疯田，召回以后只剩一个了
kbb，edmunds这些我觉得才更接近实际情况，还有msn的评价，这三家结果差不多。 |

低的利率，最后要提车的时候要我做survy，我给他写的很好的评语后，sales 带我提
车才发现车里没有floor mats，之前问过他很多次，他都说保证在洗完车就给铺上了。
但现在死不承认，说这个车根本不配mats,当时晚上快10点了，经理也走了，他说一定
保证给我跟经理申请一份给我。今天我email给他，一天都不会，电话也不接。真是气
人呀！请教大家，我是第一次买车，我该怎么办呢？我想应该是要不回来了，但我要在
网站上公布他们的欺骗手段，希望其他消费者在买车的时候小心，4.8 rating 的
dealer 一样不可信。不知有哪些网站可以投诉，cosumer report or bbb? 谢谢！ |

应该也都有。看专门的论坛帮助更大，但是比较费时间，cx和forester都有各自的
forum,escape的我没具体查，看到安全不是全优，就pass了。 |

其实翻翻经典的教科书，Intelligent Investor，现在美股的Schiller SP500 10yr
Trailing P/E大约23。从1910年的统计以来，
SP500 PE10超过 23以后接下来的12个月股市综合收益率不超过3.5%。当然也有例外，
99-00年的high tech bubble， PE10一路飚
到了44才burst。
所以，所以从统计的角度看来，现在的股市水平至少buy/hold和做中期swing很难赚钱
，除非你运气特别好。正确的投资策略应该是
资金移向cosumer conglogmate的高dividend防守股。另一个传统的策略是移向high
yield bond，不过现在市场利率太低，投资high
yield bond的风险收益不合理，而且还有加息的风险. |

iso is super clean, almost FF quality. 6400 is definitely usable but not as
good FF. Another thing is NX1 has huge processing power, 实时硬解H265，很
多电脑都不行; sensor records 6.5k video down-sampled to 4K. AF is quite
good but not as good as d750/d810/7dii, AF will hunt a bit in low light.
NX1 机身做工还行，手感竟然很好，但感觉不够sophiticated。 三星的镜头群差了
点，有点太cosumer了, 转接也麻烦。
