不过西药真的是指标不治本. 这类药是用来放松咳嗽所用肌肉用的, 每天喝两次真的不

的雨
的一年到头一个手能数过来（<5)。上个周末下的那场雨竟然被称作storm，具体情况就
可想
而知了。冬天气候基本也没有多大起伏。不下雪。气温基本在50度以上，寒流来时可能
会跌到
40度，但机会较少。这里有常年穿短袖上班的，据说有小孩从来没穿过长裤。我小孩一
年到头
在家里打赤脚，在学校上体育课跑miles，一年到头基本是短打扮。OK的。
小孩生不生病原因很多。建议去打flu shot，还有就是whooping cough现在也有
医生建议打。我全家现在打过flu shot 了，正考虑要不要打whooping cough 的疫苗。
情况就是这样。
我到过很多地方，觉得湾区的气候觉得是没啥好挑剔的了。能跟它拼一拼得大概只有
澳洲的墨尔本（稍嫌偏潮）和悉尼（稍嫌偏干）这样的地方了。 |

疫苗的基本原理是正确的：弱化的病毒病菌来引出身体的免疫力。
但是从原理到实践有很多步骤，每个环节都可能出错。在mitbbs上混的不少搞科研开发
的，应该对things go wrong all the time有切身体会。 问题是疫苗出了错，娃娃遭
殃，父母悲愤。不可不多加小心。
比如：
１。 多弱的病源算弱？ 人种个体差异那么大。同样的疫苗对某些人是太弱的病源无
法激发免疫力，对某些人确实太强了引发真的疾病。 最有名的例子是Polio。以前用
得活 polio太强，引发疫苗产生的小儿麻痹症。 医疗界掩盖这个意外，对外只说从某

人物出场前的痰嗽一声。
多种疾病都可以引起咳嗽，比如肺，咽，鼻，上下呼吸道等，笼统来说分三种浅度咳嗽
，中度咳嗽，和深度咳嗽，一般人都能分辨。
单纯浅度咳嗽常见于体弱者，不建议用止咳药，比如林黛玉有事没事的娇喘清嗽；中度
咳嗽，常会伴有杂音比如肺鸣音，这就该找大夫看看。深度咳嗽听起来从深处咳起（废
话哈），比如书上描写林黛玉搜肠刮肚的咳一阵。（再次感慨，用词太形象了，要不是
世间有部红楼梦，我都不知道怎么形容）。
咳嗽是身体对异物的正常反应，所以止咳不能目的，这就是我说西医为辅（我们都用的
那个喷蒸汽）的说法，找到诱因进行治疗才能根除，但很明显西医对6岁以下儿童的方
法基本就是后妈（没说主任）看孩子---自生自灭。就是我说中医为主的说法。
而且偏方也要遵医嘱。
蒙古大夫的方法居多.不建议推广,尤其小孩子.
原因如下:
1)咳嗽有许多原因,没有搞清原因就糊乱用药,危害极大.例如西医就给抗生素,和咳嗽糖浆.
2)咳嗽分外寒和内热,用药不一样,用错结果也就可想而知了.

脑子及身体素质及不要脸的东西, Keith Butler如果在明年还是不能把这坨拉下小脸的
athletic freak捏成一团聪明团队的话, 在类固醇鹿茸男Harrison一无所获退役以后,
我估计又要喊三年fire butler了. |
