我的保险是Farmers, 只有liability，也就是单保, coverage is 100k/300k/50k.
今天问了一下我的agent，说我的保险是自动延伸到我租的车上，
但是coverage只有州法律规定的最低线---15k/30k/5k.
提醒大家注意。可能各家保险不同，最好问问清楚。 |

应该是针对租车的损伤的。信用卡，比如citi premier 可以primary coverage cdw.
但是， 我没搞清楚的是third party liability有没有一个excess/deductible? 比如
说没有买额外的excess coverage, 撞坏别人的车了，会不会说前2000刀要我付，之后
保险才付？这样有点不太寻常啊。 搜了好久也没找到这个的解释。有经验的帮忙看看哈 |

电话报告保险公司，给算是 comprehensive coverage, 要交 $100 deductable.
结果去指定地点修，保险公司的指定检查员看了之后，说是应该算
collision coverage，但是我没买这个险，所以要交全额。

公司给我的保险可以FULL COVER配偶。
LP比我早工作，有自己的保险，但用得差不多了。 上个月看病后在填表的时候在 "
Primary
insurance" 上写了我公司的保险，没提她已经有的保险。
上星期收到我保险公司的CLAIM LETTER，要求她填写PRE-EXITING CONDITION之类的信
息。
想请教一下这种情况下是不是可能给保险公司退回CLAIM 呢？ |

我的房子的loan amount是390400（after 20%downpay).但是给我quote的那家保险公司
给我的dwelling coverage 是270000。这是不是就意味着我的房子的价值就是这个数字
？太恐怖了！
这个coverage比我的loan amount还要低好多，那我是不是要跟他们讲，要他们给我加
到至少cover loan amount?

到$500k, 并告诉我们其依据是appraisal report里面的Total Estimate of Cost-New.
报告里是这样计算的:
Dwelling 1961 sqft x $225/sqft = $441225
F/P, Patio, Porch, Fence = $2000
Gaeage/Carport 436 sqft x $100/sqft = $43600
这三项加起来就是Total Estimate of Cost-New = $505k
请教各位, 这个coverage/appraisal value的比例(75%)正常吗? |

重建这个房子要多少钱。Lender要求的保险额度是贷款额和Total Estimate of Cost-

自己一作的文章， 有一些major media coverage，可惜报道都是采访的老板，没有出
现自己的名字。有没有办法work around，比如让老板写一个supporting letter， 然
后claim media coverage 的？
还是只能放在contribution里面了？ 关键是自己没有审稿，光claim authorship 和
contribution的话是不是太弱了？
