主要就是几点:
一个,疤蟆care允许公司不cover你的spouse.
第二,疤蟆care cover你的小孩但是employer不用subsidize,那么意味着你的孩子就是
要under cobra那样的医疗保险,那个费用是高得吓人. (employers won't be
required to subsidize insurance plans for dependents the same way they will
for employees.)
第三: 如果公司不提供疤蟆care的话,罚金只有一年2000美元.这笔钱给你自己用的话,
估计就是一个月的医疗费. 大公司估计还会继续替你买医疗保险,但小一点规模的公司
肯定愿意支付罚金.
大家只能自求多福了,多锻炼身体,希望自己别生病.

的coverage所对应的insured是不同，这一点很重要，因为它是确定保险公司是否有赔
偿责任的一个关键因素。请仔细阅读保单，它在每一个coverage的开始都对insured有
一个定义。对于liability coverage, 投保人包括：你本人以及family member使用任
何车辆 （请注意是任何车辆，也就是说短期租用的车辆也包括）； 任何使用你所投保
的车（covered auto）的人（也就是说如果你的朋友短期借用你的车，你的朋友也属于
投保人insured, 但是这个问题我在以后还会详细说明）。
Collision coverage
不同于liability coverage, Collision coverage所承保的是你自己的车辆的损失，无
论是不是你的责任造成的损失。顾名思意，Collision coverage 所承保的损失只能是
由于碰撞造成的，以下原因导致的损失是不包括在内的：

如果是filing jointly，罚款是：
(AGI-20600）*2% 除以12乘以他们在这边的月份
不在的月份，我也没填8965的exemption，因为他们在国内都有很好的保险，人在国内
的时候看病都是有保险的
依据是：
Foreign coverage. In general, coverage provided by a foreign employer to its
employees and related individuals is minimum essential coverage
For this purpose, minimum essential coverage includes a group health plan
provided by an overseas employer and certain expatriate health plans.
所以我觉得他们不在美国的月份是不用再填一份8965 report exemption。就是说按照

每个有家庭的都有麻烦了
主要就是几点:
一个,疤蟆care允许公司不cover你的spouse.
第二,疤蟆care cover你的小孩但是employer不用subsidize,那么意味着你的孩子就是
要under cobra那样的医疗保险,那个费用是高得吓人. (employers won't be
required to subsidize insurance plans for dependents the same way they will
for employees.)
第三: 如果公司不提供疤蟆care的话,罚金只有一年2000美元.这笔钱给你自己用的话,
估计就是一个月的医疗费. 大公司估计还会继续替你买医疗保险,但小一点规模的公司
肯定愿意支付罚金.
大家只能自求多福了,多锻炼身体,希望自己别生病.
