上周末去了PNH689推荐的Meriden的Hubbard Park，虽然也有点掉叶，不过比我们这里
强。进山先看到这个标准新英格兰秋叶景，精神一振，红叶一定要配阳光啊：
往里走一点就到了这个小岛，水面清澈宁静，很多人在此休息、打水漂：
太阳一出来，是不是一下子有了生机和灿烂：
上山路分两支，我们先去了西山头，拍的照片和PNH689的一样——大家都喜欢孤立山崖上
的孤立的人，是不是有一览众山小、念天地悠悠的感觉：
再来两个孤立山崖孤立人！
接着去东山头，有个出名的碉堡Castle Craig Tower，是周围25里海岸线内的最高点—
—东山头高976英尺，碉堡32英尺。站在跟前不觉得高，但是的确独特，岩石大小、棱
角不一，很有粗砺原始感，怪不得有人说是仿欧洲诺尔曼式瞭望塔，有人说是仿苏格兰
同名古城堡。

2) For the first timers, rock pool and century lake are a must to see.

if you watch the replay, he indeed cleared the chalk line after raising
his legs so if Craig ran along the chalk line, it was clear. Of course
the rule is that runners establish their own baseline as long as it is
within 3 feet of the chalk line so it was not a problem of Craig.
I don't think MLB will change the rule, if they bring in the "intention"
arguement, it would be a mess for judgement. |

今晚没去Masters Swimming session，因为我的MTB buddy要搬家去台湾住几年，CMBA
的朋友们聚在一起给他饯行。

吃饭时他提到他去台湾要开家店，主业是做bike fitting。他是Retül Certified
fitter。还没有仔细研究，但是好像很不错。他说Armstrong及今年的四支环法车队都
是Retül fit的。他们是唯一用的3D video camera的fitting系统。不过价钱也不菲，
$240。（Jekky买车那家店做BG Fit，$180一次，是Specialized公司的，Chris

要不在重心前太多，2）着地的时候腿直屈的，不然腿膝盖冲击就大了。craig他鞋好，
加上heel toe drop大，所以看着外面是heel先着地，但是如果有x光透视他的脚里面，
估计多半是全脚掌着地同时。
那个腿后摆成这样的大角度，一般人估计做不到，和看上次变叔自己跑姿录像有感，变
叔也后摆很大，感觉跑的快，腿后摆要大，大腿肌肉要够强劲。craig这样跑能坚持全
麻，大家这样跑，就算能跑起来，是不是几迈就歇了吧。新人估计更做不到了，所以偶
就是贴出来让楼主看上身的。craig跑起来看着真轻松。。没有看到人跑的很丑，还跑

电影：007，no country for old man, cowboys and aliens. 话说cowboys and
aliens 也是真心好看的电影。我绝对是daniel Craig 的大扇子，电影里他好多裸露的
镜头，出来我就对老公说你也去练成他那样的身材多棒啊，口水~~~在我走出电影院的
时候我很兴奋，结果我前面的墨西哥人回头对我说，一点都不好看，他都看睡着了。他
是真心没看懂呀，这电影有daniel Craig 就不需要Tom Cruise的高科技来充数了，光
看Daniel craig就行了. 有了他,连看似很荒谬的cowboys and aliens也变得特别好看

了规矩“Do I look like I give a damn?")同时，Bond还是调情高手，凡是他碰过的
女人，都无一例外地俯首帖耳。
Daniel Craig除了能打和练了一身的栗子肉，完全没有了经典Bond的style。Craig的

但是按照上帝的定义，他是非被造的宇宙创造者，所以问「谁创造了上帝？」，就像问
「那单身汉和谁结婚了？」一样，问题本身不合逻辑。
而更有深度的人可能会问：
「如果宇宙需要起因，为什么上帝不需要起因？ 如果上帝不需要起因，为什么宇宙又
需要起因呢？」
基督徒可按照以下思路回答这个问题：
A 任何有开始的事物都有一个起因。1
B 宇宙有一个开始。
C 因此宇宙必定有一个起因。
由于宇宙有开始，所以必须有起因，见下文。而上帝与宇宙不一样，祂没有开始，所以
不需要有起因。
根据有诸多实验支持的爱因斯坦广义相对论可以知道，时间是与物质和空间相连的。这
样，时间本身就是随着物质和空间而开始的。
按照上帝的定义，祂是整个宇宙的创造者，所以也是时间的创造者。因此祂不受限于自
己所创造的时间，就没有时间维度上的起点。
上帝是「那位至高至上，住在永远」的（以赛亚书57:15）。因此上帝的存在没有起因。

今年的红叶不大灵，看前年townhall前的红叶：
今年却未红先衰成这样：
往年很好看的15号路和Northrop Rd，今年也没有大红就枯萎了。
上周末去了PNH689推荐的Meriden的Hubbard Park，虽然也有点掉叶，不过比我们这里
强。进山先看到这个标准新英格兰秋叶景，精神一振，红叶一定要配阳光啊：
往里走一点就到了这个小岛，水面清澈宁静，很多人在此休息、打水漂：
太阳一出来，是不是一下子有了生机和灿烂：
上山路分两支，我们先去了西山头，拍的照片和PNH689的一样——大家都喜欢孤立山崖上
的孤立的人，是不是有一览众山小、念天地悠悠的感觉：

接着去东山头，有个出名的碉堡Castle Craig Tower，是周围25里海岸线内的最高点—

的朋友们聚在一起给他饯行。

吃饭时他提到他去台湾要开家店，主业是做bike fitting。他是Retül Certified
fitter。还没有仔细研究，但是好像很不错。他说Armstrong及今年的四支环法车队都
是Retül fit的。他们是唯一用的3D video camera的fitting系统。不过价钱也不菲，
$240。（Jekky买车那家店做BG Fit，$180一次，是Specialized公司的，Chris
McCormack是用BG Fit的，当然因为Specialized赞助的他tri bike。）

复，我说没有回复，直接去官网查。
他马上就去查，已经更新了，是CORRAL B。
然后他打开邮箱，给我看他弟弟发给他的邮件，说他弟弟已经是专业的铁人了，在一个
专业的俱乐部训练，不过在俱乐部里是最慢的，有天来了一个人，跟他们一起训练，那
个人跑步比他们都快好多，叫craig，是kona 3次冠军，我一看照片，好嘛，果然是
craig alexander，我同事的弟弟跟同事都特高，显得craig又矮又胖的，猛一看都没认
出来。 |
