首先应该确定那个Injector是否容易拆装，注意是否有其它的part挡道，
有时需要先拆下挡道的part。
电喷的油路中有一定压力，直接拆下Injector会使汽油喷出。必须先释放
汽油压力，方法是断开油泵的电路(断开继电器或保险)，然后点火，等发
动机停下后(可能根本发动不起来)，再将钥匙扭至点火位置停几秒(英文
叫crank)，确信油压已经被释放。
接下来就是拆除旧Injector，其连接用的橡胶管可以用刀割下；然后装上
新Injector即可。最后记得将油泵电路重新接通。重新点火时可能需要多
crank一会使油压恢复。 |

没什么可多说的，JHQ里的已经很全面了．按照shop manual上的步骤
就好．看来对ACCORD，只要设好TDC，其它没有必要担心，不用在
TB上做标记，因为需要固定位置的齿轮上都有明显的标记．而且，
即使不小心把齿轮碰乱了，按照标记也能找回正确位置．
Parts: 在HPARTS上订的，用了两个星期才到．
Tools: 绝大部分来自于HF．
HF $20的12V impact wrench真是个好东西，crank shaft pulley上
的那个公认的难啃的大螺丝居然就给打下来了．本来我也照adven的
改进T头的图做了个铁＂烟枪＂，在home depot找到的外六方头居然
是51mm的，即没有adven说的正好50mm的又没有system说的52mm的．
然后费劲锉了一晚上，结果没用上．
90 Accord的那一代车的crank shaft pulley special bolt是M14的，
159flb．好象下一代车就加强为M16 180flb了．老车也有老车的好处，
哈哈．
另外，impact wrench真正是无坚不摧，其它经年 |

中午天热时，从冷机器，第一次打火没有问题，开了一会儿以后，停火，再打火的话，
机器就 一直crank，但是打不起火来。停在那里继续爆晒一会儿，再打，crank都没有
了，只有电流的嗡嗡声。
开的时候也没有啥问题。不过最近没有怎么开太远，最多20分钟。
每天必能重现！
车况简述：换油一直很规律，维护一直好。电池一年新。3个月前换了一对front strut
，一对新前轮， 一个steering shaft，2个月前换了6个火花塞。
请问本版大牛们，可能会是什么原因？有什么推荐的步骤来一步一步排除和查找原因的？

排气管。bank1，bank2，就是三个缸分成的两路。
如果你两个bank都lean，怀疑你的真空管路有leak，我的就是。
我的是Crank case上面的一个小橡胶套很松了，在crank case的后面，面对车辆的话，
在右手边那个角落，能看到，手也能摸到。
还有一个地方要注意的是，PCV valve的橡皮管也比较容易老化，那个在进气管的下面，
看不到，但是手可以摸到。 |

3天前开过一切正常。电池有电，各种灯都亮，power stuff works。
转钥匙到on, 灯都亮，确认没有theft问题。转到start,听见奇怪的声音。肯定不是正
常的crank的声音，甚至感觉不像是crank的声音。一个更奇怪的现象是所有的仪表盘的
指针都在抖动。转到start就开始抖，转回on仍然抖5秒左右才停止。
打开前盖，ld转钥匙到start，感觉engie一点没有动。。。仍然听到奇怪的声音。。猜
测是starter和engie连接的齿轮没咬合
自己再次尝试转到on，注意到出现新的提示"check brake system".但不知道怎么检查
回家网上发现taurus很多transmission的问题。
其他可能有关的现象，刹车都点紧。

开始是打火困难，勉强打着一会就熄火。几天以后，干脆彻底打不着了。
每次拧钥匙，engine 可以crank in, 但是打不着火。
量了电池电压，有14v，试着用别的车电池jump也起不来。
电池没坏，能crank in 说明starter也没坏。
于是开始怀疑是fuel delivery有问题，只能一步一步排查。
先从最简单的查起：Fuel filter，经过一番研究，老牛的Fuel filter还是很
容易换的，仅比换air filter稍微复杂一点，比换机油都简单。
于是在rock auto花了10刀,订了一个fuel filter换了。
反正旧的fuel filter四年前买车到现在一直没换过。
换完fuel filter还是打不着。开始打算最坏的情形，fuel pump挂掉。
检查了fuel pump的fuse, relay, 还有位于后备箱里的
emergency shut off switch, 都没有问题。这时候越发怀疑是fuel pump挂了。

因啊？
上上周，有几天晚上就打火不顺，属于要crank好久才最终打着火的。然后上周末去
dealer那里，说是fuel filter该换了，还deep clean，就是加了些清洗油路的东东。
结果换完一个礼拜就悲剧了。
已经买了４年了，除了两年前有过一次因电池老化不能启动，一直没启动毛病，xdjm帮
忙指点一下，偶好自己折腾一下.

发帖数: 577 | 22 上贴说过，timing 虽然随时都可以重设，如果是自己第一次做，最简单的就是在拆出
旧的TB前counterclockwise转crankpulley,把Timing设到No1 piston d TDC，对于
accord，这里有4个pulley:
1. Camshaft pulley的 “UP" Mark 需要正上 --- 这个跟crank pulley 的timing
mark匹配 (照片1）
2. crank pulley TDC mark要align到oil pump上的Mark （照片2）
3. Left front balancer pulley (照片3）
4. Right front balancer pulley (照片4）
然后就是松开tensioner Bolt后，把里面那个tensioner往下压（照片5），外面那个往
上推（照片6），两条带就一起松下来了--- 这个其实看一下就明白朝那个方向推了，
因为反方向只能让belts更紧
记得换WP前要先放掉coolant，否则水漫金山！换WP就没啥说的了，感觉看不看手册都
无所谓，拧螺丝不要太松或者太紧就好。

雨后，无法启动，后来才知道发动机“液体锁死了”。朋友换电池，starter,气阀传感
器（可能密封坏了，冷却汽油漏到气路），油电喷嘴（可能漏了，汽油淹了气缸，倒流
到空气滤清器漏到地上），现在不漏油了，换了机油，（原发动机充满汽油）我去后测
量CPM电压，地线，保险都好，火花没有信号。crank position sensor, cam position
sensor电阻2Kohms，发动时有0.1付交流信号。engine light不灭。ODBII link error
。换了另外一个PCM（没有REPROGRAM)钥匙灯闪烁，但是engine灯闪烁5次灭掉，说明新
PCM正常，还是LINK ERROR，无火花。手册说断电后engine 灯不灭正常，所以现在不知
是旧PCM还是crank position sensorde毛病。左侧窗和锁控制失灵，只有后视镜可以控
制。车主说是正常，要发动后RESET才能工作，因为拖车时还可以控制窗户（降下车窗

这是fuel pump check valve leak,导致早晨第一次启动的
时候油路里面没有汽油，要crank很久后fuel pump才能把油
泵到喷油嘴。
你的车都能crank 4-5秒，说明电池没问题starter更没问题。
都是phd了，为啥一帮人想都不想一口咬定是电池？ |

动腿脚。可以变灯前就把油门轰上来，闸一方就冲出去了，也不用担心向后滑。
要换crank seal自然连带timing belt和水泵都换了。part都不贵，几十块的就行了，
关键是装卸的人工费。但换到crank seal时，皮带已经下来了，水泵也就差几个螺钉，

engine. LZ的问题是不能crank,应该是starter relay 的问题, 其实fuel pump
replay 和starter replay有的车是一样的,还有车上应该有相同型号的relay, 拨一个
换到有嫌疑的relay 可以试出来.

这个是最新一代奔驰的标准装备,普通日车的挡位开关都是机械的,这个惊人
的挡位开关是光电的,整个挡位开关有4个光电闸组成(图中A),对应PRND,背面是
freescale的MPU,外加CanBus收发,挡位变成数字信号通过can bus传送,所以看上
去好像也没啥奇怪的地方.
这个开关最惊人的地方在哪里呢?就是背面这个标了B的芯片,这个芯片存储了你的
加密了的Vin number,妈的,一旦你这个开关坏了,你买了个新的换上去,妈的,车连
crank也crank不了,更不要说发动了开走了.你要修,找dealer,dealer从奥地利空运
一个只能用于你这辆车的switch来给你装上.
成本多少? 3000刀.
怎么样,奔驰牛吧?前几天说宝马电池里装芯片让你换不了,现在奔驰真正做到了在
每个主要零件里面都植入防盗芯片,真正做到从零件到服务,除了奔驰自己,谁也不能
盗吃的境界.

最近车子经常启动困难,需要拉动transmission才可以启动。
修车师傅说可能是电池问题。（我估计starter也可能有问题）
duralast 34 DLG， 保质期5年，cranking temp amp 1000， cold cranking temp 800
， reserve 105
觉得基本是最好的电池。
因为不常开车，所以电池可能也未必充满，最近测过几次 电压在11.7-12.7之间，47-
54% 充满。
去autozone充了一小时电，再次检查。估计他们也测不准，第一次是测下来是47%， 11
.7 v吧，立马开车去了另一个autozone，测下来是 89%， 12.7v。
但是每次测电池的机器都显示是 bad battery
请问需要换电池吗？ |

以前的车有一次engine check，扫code是crank position sensor failure. 要修得把
timing belt全部拆开，最后找了个garage，花了快$500。如果你看到这个信息的话，
估计得换crank position sensor，除非你很handy，自己修的可能性不大 |
