your starter; and b) locks in the starter axis to the engine flywheel (most

your problem sounds like intermittent connection, which can be a) bad
ECU signals; b) a cold solder; and c) rusted out wires, and d) a short
somewhere
along the line.

撩路上回不来，我一个哥们就是这样，呵呵。
离合的匹配一般和发动机的crank输出的功率有关，如果你加装super charge等等，一下
把hp提高个100左右，原来的离合估计就吃不住，在不踩踏板时候也会打滑，很快就会
坏掉，这时候就要换个sport clutch，也不贵，一般300-400(for BMW, Audi, VW），
但是换离合的手工比较贵，需要把车提起来，卸下transmission。一般要300以上。
你如果就是改个ECU的chip把车提高个10－30个hp，原来的clutch一般没有问题，
设计都是有裕量的，德国玩艺裕量尤其比较大。 |

第一种：我觉得remote starter控制线路就是一个ignition switch的代替线路
它跟ignition switch线路并联接到ignition/starter输入控制线路。
这样，ignition switch（钥匙）和remote starter任何一个都可以控制
点火/启动，这个是好理解的。
第二种：它说remote starter有built-in starter disable。
也就是starter控制电路有两个输出线要起作用。
1 start正12V输出信号线 (crank时输出+12V)
2 starter disable负输出信号线 (Negative while locked)
接线是把原来ignition switch上的start线cut断，把1, 2输出线分别

yes, if the remote starter has started the engine, the starter
disable output cuts off current to starter so you can't run
the starter again.
you can crank the engine. |

put the socket and rachet in place, jam it,
remove spark plugs (or just the wires), then start the car, the engine
will turn in the direction that will loose the nut.
It's quite a scary scene, but worked for me every
time.
从早上9点开始，一直到天黑了以后一半个小时（7:00pm)，累了个半死，
还是没有搞定timing belt。55555555555555555555
本来一切顺利，拆除三个皮带，都很正常。就是alternator的mounting bolts，
比较顽固，用上了breaker bar + WD40等了半个小时就下来了。眼看就要到
timing belt了，发现自己犯了一个非常大的错误。把lower timing belt cover
想错了。manual上面画的是有一个小缺口，俺 |

发帖数: 1616 | 49 这几天有苦说不出，满以为自己可以搞定，但最后还是要来麻烦大虾们一起诊断。。。
我那天以为是Start接线电阻太大，耗掉了部分电压降，
可当时弄了好了，后来还是又不行，而且很随机。
感觉不是接线的问题。。。
总的现象是：
1。两次换新电池，换上那一瞬间，绝对一打就着。
2。过期无效，后来打不着的毛病就老是冷不防的复发，
有时打几下就着了，有时要打好几十下才能碰上一次着的机会。
3。打不着的现象：
Starter Solenoid（就是类似一个继电器的衔铁）有吸合，
很强的啪的一声吸上了的；
Starter没有任何cranking的动作和声音；
在starter solenoid吸合的期间，电池电压从12.6降到11.9V
可见期间有放电现象（没有测这个总电流，表量程不够。。。）
打火失败放弃后，电压才又回升到12.6V
大虾觉得还有什么原因呢？ 麻烦给点思路吧，我被它烦透了。。。 |

你是说 换了新电池，系统会reset一下，所以当时是好的，后来又出错了？
那我刚才下去把电池接头卸了，拿餐巾纸擦了好半天，再接上电池，怎么它还是不打火呢?
那会不会是电刷和转子的接触不良，比如年头到了，启动次数太频磨损过度？
所以，某些时候转子跟电刷时而接触时而不接触，或者接触时而充分时而不充分，
所以有时轻轻转一点他们就接触充分，然后启动了，有时转一点点还是没有接触充分
所以仍旧不启动。。。
我车97 Accord原装starter 87K寿命了，前头又频繁的狂试了好多次remote start。
难道这就是他们说的hot starter not ign kill问题？控制芯片拒绝cranking?
有道理，偶曾经想过reset一些东东来解决，可光靠断电好象不解决问题啊。。。
怎么reset控制部分呢？还有比断电更高级一点的办法吗？我断电是不行了。 |
