2）馋字目前95%的情况还是本意，crave也就50%吧，因为它本来就是 "want something
"的意思，跟食品没有必然的联系。你可以说crave for success/money，但貌似没法用
馋去形容（眼馋成功？一看就不对）。
所以你看上面列的wiki条目crave要专门加个限定词“food craving”，而馋字在汉语
词典里完全没有必要去限定指食物。
随便你怎么争，两者有本质区别。英语在对食品味道的描述上比汉语差很多，局限于一
些泛泛的概念，比如最基本的甜咸辣酸好吃，跟汉语在这方面的程度相比还是差太多了
。除了鲜，英语貌似也不区分“辣”和“麻”。 |

中文2013年的版本有以下注脚, 世不需要一定是一声一世的世， 也可以是时间段

我只有一点不同意Anderson，就是晚上吃东西
最近研究表明，至少要给身体10-12小时的fasting时间，否则长肉！
另外，心理上的改变只是减肥的开始，后来的饮食和运动增肌就有各家学派，因人而异了
祝大家减肥愉快，减肥成功！
作者William Anderson是个心理医生，在他二十五岁300磅左右的时候发明了这个
Anderson疗法，减了140磅，然后一直保持了二十多年至今。
有这样几个重点：
1. Mind会直接影响到body.比如抑郁症、疾病不治自愈等。在weight control方面，要
用mind 的conditioning 功能--"We are driven by repulsion, as well as desire
and craving. Conditioning is the primal power source...drives you to repeat

加自身似乎对亲密接触没啥太大的craving （当然可能是因为没经历过，根本不知道是
啥，也没用过棒棒之类的）。总而言一直没有性经历。最近认识了个男生，对我不错，
目测估计很快就有亲密的举止。楼主也决定不管怎样去试试，不然人生似乎很亏的样子
（那天跟闺蜜聊天，她18岁就有了。。。唉。。差距呀。。）
想请教个问题：(1)有必要和男生坦白说自己没有经验，这样他能够have a reasonable
expectation and act accordingly?其实就是希望他温柔些，而且做好准备我可能会
抗拒会喊疼之类的 （2）楼主10岁左右的时候从自行车上摔下来，当时内裤一片鲜红（
听起来似乎很经典的桥段，但真就发生了）。。长大后明白可能处女膜被损坏了。感觉
这件事也有必要跟男生说明一下？交代下男生33岁是abc，之前有过个同居女友，应该
有一定的性经验的

我们上个月从东岸搬到西岸，因为匆忙加之大意，找了一家骗子搬家公司
首先搬家公司开始说收信用卡，到把东西搬到车上后说不收信用卡，因为东西都已经上
车，多说无益，就只好用支票先支付75%
到了送货的时候，发现他在所欠余额的时候计算错误，多收了$100. 卸货的司机说只能
按那个数收，否则不给卸货。让我们卸货后去找搬家公司，因为已经苦等了20多天了，
生活极不方便，想赶紧把自己东西拿回，就按错误的金额支付了
装货的时候说电视一定要用他们的crave包装（我们自己有完好的原包装），否则摔坏
不负责，电视包装一定要chargel我们$250买他们的crave。卸货的时候发现电视根本没
有保护，就是我们的原包装！
卸货后发现箱子竟然少了5个！！！
接下来和搬家公司联系，开始还有个说话特不利落的男人接电话，一听是我们说两句就
挂断电话。现在竟然再打这个电话全部是留言，留了也不回。开始联系的时候那个女人
给了手机，现在打她的手机竟然说换了号码！
这家公司不但骗我们包装，抢我们钱，丢我们东西，最重要的还没提供发票。我们现在
报销都不成。现在手头只有当时一式三份的合 |

自从拿到801之后就没有再用iphone听歌，因为app比较多很多还很大，就不放歌了。下
午米饭说比较想知道团六在
Iphone上的表现，那我就在iphone里放了以下一些歌，各个风格都放一些，边听边写，

由于最近一直都听JH5和RS1i，带上团六之后第一耳朵有些失望。。后来释然了。
IPHONE音量开到一半，出来的声音还挺小的，于是我开到4/5的位置比较合适了，一耳
朵感觉中频不是很饱满，不过低
音的量我觉得够了，又是入耳，再多我觉得会轰头。声音比较自然，随着一点点往下听
，觉得这个中频其实也可以接
受，至少在这个定位（中端？）已经可以了，这个量让人听着也不累，比较轻松。
