is commonly used indicating a 'fuel', which sustains a process, such as the
oil in a lamp being the fuel/upadana for the flame. It is related to craving
(TANHA). For example, craving is reaching out for the delicious cup of
coffee, Upadana is picking it up. Even though you think that you can easily
put the cup of coffee down again, though your hand is not superglued to the
cup, it is still Upadana. You have picked it up. |

helped me.
I agree with that "本来没事，忍什么。。。" It's no longer a penalty any more.
My concern is about that "追求" in 追求解脱. If you check the motivations
for people to practice Buddhism, I see fear and craving: the fear for
falling into animal reincarnation or Hell, or the craving to be enlightened,
etc. I don't think that those motivations can lead them far. |

发帖数: 1281 | 14 没有平和下来，就不容易敏感，是葛老这个派别的的内观法门区别于别的法门的地方。
也许你可以说这是一个弱点，不容易上手，但是我却认为这是一个优势，因为它设立了
正确的门槛，使得只有“全聚焦”的才能过关，“点聚焦”的不让过。然后从这种平和
获得的敏感中，充分体会craving与aversion造成的延长效应，以此体验不参与现象就
无常，就不能延续的这份智慧。
所以你是太认真想精进了，反而埋下了craving的种子，反而不平和了。那种子其实也
不过是个念而以，你面对一下它，坦然地观一下它，它没有你加力，也同样是不能延续
的。反而是你压抑它，避讳它，它倒是得到加力了。。。
所以这个方法，第一次一定要密集闭关，才能入门。而且是最好知道得越少越好，带去
的ambitious越少越好，以此减少需要放下的东西。。。
desktop师妹练到不专注了，境界反而更高了。一开始平和观杂念观到杂念无力为续，
然后那个认真劲最后也掉落了。。。
你能否敏感，其实跟你心思能否放下相关。。。这是个好门槛。 |

问题：即“林彪一类”的阶级本质是什么？林彪反党集团产生的社会基础是什么？把这
个问题弄清楚，对于巩固无产阶级专政、防止资本主义复辟，对于坚定地执行党在社会
主义历史阶段的基本路线，一步一步地造成资产阶级既不能存在也不能再产生的条件，
无疑是十分必要的。
