能少看 porn。。。如果实在想撸，就在女伴旁边撸。。。然后例假过了反正也憋久了

不造成问题的情况很多，比如每晚三次，一周七天，不可能每次都射 。。。 当然这种
情况一般自己打几次手枪，否则女伴抱怨睡眠受影响。
另一种不造成问题的情况是 porn creep，也就是打手枪比跟女伴做的更多（很多情况
下这是最好的折中办法），如果碧草或手枪的次数比较多，这样也不容易射。
戴套确实敏感度低一些不容易射一些，但这个加强蝶泳碧草的频率和冲击力一般可以获
得跟不带套差不多水平，当然不能体力不支缺氧，或太过热停下来喝水，否则也没法射。 |
