Forget about it. There are all kinds of animals in Florida public sewer, and
it's not uncommon some of them end up in your toilet. For all its worth,
you can phone your town hall and find out which agency you can file a
complaint with.
But man, we are getting much environment friendly. In 70s, we dumped so much
chemicals into sewer, all the animals there mutated. Five-legged frogs, two
-headed snakes, soft-skinned crocodile, you name it!
