我在两个地方用过，煎牛排的时候最后撒点crumbled blue cheese做topping，但是一
点点而已，和牛肉味道还满好。
还用它做过blue cheese cracker，但是烘烤的时候味道简直熏天臭，吃起来真是别有
风味，做法就和一般的cookie 一样，不过它代替部分butter ，但是绝对不是减肥众人
该吃的。
还有经常，有那种鸡肉里面卷cheese的那种，可以用blue cheese来，但是每有试验过，可以去google 下recipe。
不过，既然减肥，我以上方法都不如，扔了。。。。 |

，第二个月体重基本完全没变，不过上腰围和臀围明显变小了，体脂比微微降低。
运动方面，这个月比较懒，再加上要赶一篇paper外加期末，每周大概有氧舞蹈2次，每
次40分钟；每3天做一次专门的腹部操（郑大妈4）和哑铃操（郑大妈2）。

crumbled feta cheese。回来无聊，就把公主介绍的和我自己常吃的cheese放在一起比
较了一下，就减肥来说，居然trader joe's的feta cheese完胜，相同热量的情况下，
没有fat，蛋白质和钙含量最高。不喜欢吃cheese的也许可以试一下，放salad里混着吃。

之后，沙拉还是可以有很多变化并且好吃的。
问题1：不喜欢吃生菜叶子
那就铺一点菜叶子垫底，多放胡萝卜、黄瓜、小番茄、甜椒之类的东西
问题2：不喜欢不够creamy的dressing
把香蕉切小块丢进沙拉里（我知道这样听起来很惊悚），不过吃起来就有那种creamy的
口感了。还可以加一点crumbled low fat goat cheese.
问题3：吃沙拉感觉胃里很冷
我中午带沙拉，把要加进沙拉里的肉单独装一个容器里，然后吃之前把肉微波加热，这
样虽然菜还是冷的，不过吃下去胃里是暖的。
问题4：吃沙拉感觉没吃饭
沙拉里可以放适量黑豆、玉米，或者蒸熟冷却的南瓜、红薯。

排名第三的彼得堡的state hermitage museum，拍过电影russian ark，就记得金碧辉
煌，没看到什么画……
排第15的Yale Center for British Art我也常觉得比英国的画廊都好……小而精致，
各个时期和画家的代表作收集得很精，介绍也很精，看完印象很深。建筑也很宽敞明亮
，令人愉快，不过太亮是不是对画不好。
有个Doha的Museum of Islamic Art。希望有机会去。
台北故宫上榜，北京故宫没上，倒是北京的789工厂榜上有名。说最近有一个Duchamp
and/or/in China的展览，到六月中截止。听着挺有趣，不知道goldy去看过没。
第50名是波士顿的museum of bad art，听着很好玩，有人去过吗？
Times另外还评选了世界50 museums，我没Times帐号，看不到全文（这篇50 galleries

厄瓜多尔是个民主国家，观察厄瓜多尔的政治，可以清楚的看到民主的原始生态。和很
多南美小国一样，厄瓜多尔总统喜欢发表电视讲话，几乎天天晚上在电视上演讲，说到
动情处，能涕泪齐流。政治家的生命朝不保夕，下台后很多都要进监狱，在台上的时候
也常常被打。总统不久前因为调整警察福利的问题，以为自己亲自出马能解决，结果被
绑架围攻，翻围墙逃跑的时候还摔坏了腿，又是上电视天天哭诉。
奇妙的国家。倒不是马尔克斯笔下那种生活上的奇幻，而是政治上的奇幻。如果不是身

发帖数: 5404 | 35 一直都不大唱英文歌，主要是对自己英文的咬字实在是没信心，为了争取全勤奖，只好
硬着头皮唱一个了，哈哈。
其实，平时英文歌听的也不是很多，这首歌早在几年前看超级星光大道被黎础宁唱过后
，就一直很喜欢。自己唱过后，觉得还是蛮难的。主要是节奏跟不好，据说AA上有节拍
器，可在哪里一直都没找到。。。自己凭感觉唱，有些地方就没有很贴合伴奏。另外，
觉得自己唱得有些拖沓，缺乏原唱那种比较bouncy的感觉。不过，总体来说，比我之前
唱过的英文歌还是有了不小的进步了，给自己点个赞，嘿嘿。

这个头是新孩的,内部有两滩不大的霉菌, 还有很多黑的颗粒. 开头不懂那些黑的是咋
来的, 拆到后来才明白.
1. 先拆前端.偶习惯是先装个垃圾 FILTER 保护前端玻璃.
2. 把RUBBER 套套望后退一点, 套上象皮经, NAME RING 很容易拧下来.板大拆这个
RING调无穷远 MS 费了老劲? 其实把RUBBER GRIP 退一点就有地方握住它. JIM
BUCHANAN 的调无穷远教程也没提这方法.
倒是老版没RUBBER 的比较难拆,没地方搭手, 要用ZIP TIE 才能握住.
3. 拿掉三个罗丝, FILTER RING 就下来了.
4. 然后就能握住整个前组, 拧下来.前组的后面上有一滩美军, 很容易就察净了.这种
老美军不是ACTIVELY GROWING的, 那纯酒精反复察净就可以了.
5. 后组前端面上也有有一滩美军, 打开光圈就可以察到. 后组很干净, 看来后段不用
拆开.
