看到那么多的讨论,也忍不住说几句。
crunch 的益处。

在一片对crunch 的喊打中,站出来告诉大家,crunch是有利的,只有你注意你的姿势
。crunch,的动作是平躺,髋部90度。抬肩,头离地,腹部收紧,胸部向上向前。同时
保持背部贴紧地面。crunch 主要是用到 rectus abodominis 和一些 obliques.
crunch 的益处在于提高了腹部肌肉的力量和耐力,有助于提高对脊柱的支撑,同时保
持了脊柱的活动范围(range of motion).
对于每天坐着工作的,问题是腹肌太弱,腰部的肌肉(erector spinae muscles)太紧
张, 引起脊柱变形,需要crunch来帮助矫正姿势。
从运动解剖和运动机能上讲,脊柱的活动范围(range of motion)主要是受到连接的
肌肉限制的。所以说crunch会压迫到脊柱根本就是无稽之谈。
腹部肌肉的耐力和力量是有限的,所以可以一次做上百的crunch的同学,你的姿势肯定
是有问题的,如果这样伤到脊柱,那是运动姿势的问题,和crunch无关。

你造成伤害。如果可能,用其他方法代替, 最起码不要做高组数的Crunches。当然有
人会说,我做了10几年都没事;well,你没事不代表其他人会没事,也不代表就是对的。
Stuart McGill 是世界上最著名的脊背伤病与恢复专家,被业内人士叫做:“the back
guy”. 他利用动物脊柱为模型作研究,并结合10几年临床研究的结果,认为Crunches
是有害的。从贴图上看,脊柱外围为环状的disc, 里面粘稠的液体是nucleus。大量的
crunch不断的挤压lumbar, thoracic,最终会超出脊柱能承受压力的极限,使nucleus
突破外膜,造成间盘突出,压迫神经,造成背痛。
腹肌的作用主要是保持脊柱的自然直立和稳定, 它是脊柱的支架。Crunch并不能强化
这方面的功能。锻炼腹肌最好的方法就是让他做该做的事,也就是和back extenders,
flexors

他是有大量的科学实验作基础的。当然有人也会说,我做很多也没事。科学,特别是涉

脊柱的肌肉有两部分,位于后面的extensors和位于前部的flexor(包括腹
肌),extensors保持脊柱直立和举起重量,flexor控制脊柱向前弯曲。强壮的脊柱需
要两部分肌肉,整个core的加强,而不是你说的“需要crunch来帮助矫正姿势”。强化
脊柱需要三方面练习,增加力量,柔韧性和拉伸以及利用大肌肌群的Aerobic运动。
Crunch是一个比较低效的运动,而且脊柱变形了你绝对不能做crunch, 更谈不上“需要
crunch来帮助矫正姿势”

我不知道你从哪里得出的结论,spine的range of motion 是由肌肉决定的,

赞一个!
这个和我想的差不多,但是比我说得好。专业的水平就是不一样。不过我倒是
相信有人能做很多crunch的。比如当初听到小丸子说她plank能做6分多钟,也
是觉得不可思议。不过强人还是存在的,没办法,也就不和人家比了。
姿势的重要性在所有锻炼中都是不言而喻的,动作不对当然容易受伤,也当然
应该纠正动作。
不过同时我觉得也不能只做crunch,那个主要练上腹部,还是应该各种core的练
习都做做。后腰练好了,crunch的时候也不会腰疼了。那个8min abs也不只是
crunch而已的。

会用到?
还有那个具体做法:把core muscle 象箍桶一样,绷紧在脊柱周围?理解容易,但感觉
不太容易做?

你这种情况早有研究. 斯洛伐克运动生理学家Vladimir Janda 可能是Stuart McGill之
前最著名的脊背专家。他发现sit up, crunch有太多hip flexor参与,而hip flexor又
是人体最强大的肌群,所以一般sit up, crunch其实主要是hip flexor在作用,只有
hip flexor累了才轮到abs.这与你描述的情况完全一致。crunch虽然限制situp 的
range, 但因为神经 irradiation现象的作用,hip flexor 还会参与。而你脚钩住其实
更是邀请了hip flexor 的参与。
Janda发明了janda situp, 去阻止hip flexor 的参与,隔离开abs.练function
strength 的人原则是将身体作为一个整体,反对隔离。但这janda situp是个特例,因
为他带来非常可观的body tension,正是functional strength 所追求的。
janda situp最好有个训练伙伴。方法是脚平放在地上,膝盖弯成90度。伙伴把手放在

以前很少健身,即便去健身房也只在跑步机,椭圆机或者划船机上消磨时间。最近看了
一些大力推荐女性力量练习的文章,于是每天中午去单位健身房的时候会分15-20分钟
时间做力量练习。
一般就是seated ab crunch, shoulder press, chest press, leg extension(正反)
,但是因为毫无经验,不知道我练习的组数和重量设置是否合理。
基本情况是,奔四,身高1.67, 110磅不到,算是豆芽菜体型,但是腰腹部有six pack
of fat。。。现在每次力量练习,seated ab crunch设置成65磅(从30磅开始加上来
的),共做110个,分3组做完。shoulder press设置成50磅,做2×10。chest press设
置成50磅,做2X10。leg extension设置成20磅,各2X20。
不知这样的设置是否合理?我知道有人体重160磅,seated ab crunch设置成150磅,做
100个。我这样的练习会不会因为量轻次数也少而毫无效果?

I searched and didnt see anything about this...
SO....
I was at Publix in Hollywood, FL tonite. They had full sized boxes of
Cinnamon Toast Crunch for $1.99 on sale (no coupon needed), regularly priced
at $3.49.
At the entrance to the store, there was a kiosk with Publix coupons at it.
They were for $1.50 off any General Mills Cereal. Since Cinnamon Toast
Crunch is a General Mills product, I snagged two boxes and used the coupons
for both.
$1.00 out the door for both boxes.

要这么想,一组crunch 20,然后侧面的一边儿20,再来一组crunch 20,来一组向上举
腿20,再来单边儿的交叉crunch一边儿20,再来一组crunch20,一组向上举腿20,也能
凑合到180了。

我到觉得除了脊柱有问题的人,不好做crunch之外,一般人对这种简单,容易做对,有
效的运动没有必要不做啊。
说crunch低效,好像不是啊,谁都有做完仰卧起坐肚皮生疼的经验吧。
