从直观上来说，带全景天窗比没有的，对车子的整体刚度会有影响，但问题是有多少。
车子的整体刚度很大程度上是由车身的frame决定的，就是body-in-white的那些。在碰
撞的时候，力和能量主要是通过车身传到框架和梁，especially A，B，C，D柱。所以
在承受普通冲击的情况下，有没有天窗都没有什么太大的区别。但是问题在于侧翻。现
在关于侧翻的测试标准，即所谓的roof-crushing test，只是用几倍于车身重量的物体
压车顶，看变形是否小于规定尺寸。在这种测试条件，其实本质上跟普通冲击碰撞条件
类似，依然是靠车身的钢梁反馈决定是否通过测试。但这样的roof-crushing test不是
真正意义上的侧翻实验， 没有考虑到车子在侧翻时候受到的复杂的剪切，扭转，弯曲
等综合情况。而一般情况下，由于钢比玻璃强度更高，一般都会认为带天窗的就会更危
险。但是如果考虑实际情况，就算不带天窗，车顶也只是一个很薄的蒙皮结构，蒙皮结

硬盘拆下来了。保修就没有了。
硬盘接到台式机里。因为我没有外接硬盘盒，直接把台式机的光驱拔了，接上本本硬盘
。现在的台式机做的，里面居然没有多余的电源线数据线。
然后悲剧了。启动的时候，依然是选择台式机原来的硬盘为启动盘，然后启动不了。出
现一样的错误。但是多了几行：

方子和图片了，所以这次做了一种新面包，急哄哄地上来和大家分享。大家的大年和小

这次面包方子来自“old-fashioned home baking”，只是一些度量单位，我做了一些
修改和调整。
3 1/4 to 3 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
先将面粉、玉米粉、酵母、九层塔以及oregano放入面盆中，搅拌均匀。

Veal Shank一盒（两磅多，20刀，嗷嗷贵……）
两根胡萝卜，两根celery，半个大洋葱，总之三者基本上一样多，切一样大小的块
面粉适量
crushed tomato 一罐，tomato paste 一大勺
鸡汤若干，white wine 1/2cup
oregano, thyme, rosemary 各1/2 tsp, bay leaf 一片
方法：
veal shank用纸巾pat干，撒盐和胡椒，用棉绳捆住侧面，在面粉里面拖一下，抖干净
多余面粉。dutch oven加大概2tbsp橄榄油烧到冒烟，大火，把veal shank两面brown到
金黄拿出来。改中火，下胡萝卜西芹洋葱炒到软（5到8分钟），加tomato paste炒半分
钟，下white wine一分钟，下crushed tomato、鸡汤煮开，下香料搅一搅，把veal
shank放进去，season with salt and pepper。中火煮开以后改小火炖一个半小时到2
小时。把veal shank拿出来，剩下的汤撇掉浮油，收一收。

能是粒儿太大都掉油锅里了。做好后吃着不牙碜，感觉也很入味儿。
猪排和我做牛排的方法类似，都是先过油再进oven烤。但猪排的腌料我用的比较重，可

那个给rheem的quote的 contractor我几天前给他打过电话，问过他duct 的事情。他解
释过main trunk 都是 rigid duct, branch 是flex。我之所以打电话的原因是收到了
另外一个quote, york 的，没有说仔细什么样的duct, 我就发邮件问了，说是一般都是
main trunk 是rigid mental trunk, branch 用flex. 我说可不可以装 rigid only,
那个师傅说可以，说是如果是地下室，他们都是只用 rigid duct. 然后价格是一样的
。然后我就问了这个给 rheem quote 的，他说他一般都是branch 用 flex duct.
在此还想请教大师，关于rigid mental 和 flex 的区别。据我查到的，rigid is
better than flex. 优点如下， easier to clean, more durable, lower resistance

挖不挖都可以，我刚做完，就没有挖，主要是怕把地面的斜度给破坏了。你想象一下铁
路的地基，不就是突出地面的吗？铺砖的过程，大致都差不多，网上的资料很多，我就
不啰嗦了。不过每种做法都有些不同，有些个细节，还是可以讲究一下的，以下为个人
经验，仅供参考：
1．用什么材料做地基？大多数资料提到用类似crushed dust之类的沙混合物做地基，
我觉得还是细了点，结构受力不是太好，大雨会慢慢把地基掏空的。我最终选的是3/4
”crushed rock，最后上一薄层细沙用来找平。
2．要不要用专用的沙子做最后填缝？我看到有些老外反映用jointing sand填缝，大雨
过后，jointing sand把砖面腐蚀得跟狗啃的一样。另外将砖用jointing sand牢牢粘住
，也失去了砖方案的灵活性。我最终选的方案是用买的clay与细沙混合，用来填缝，既
环保，效果又好。
3．铺砖最后要用paver edge（通常是硬塑料的）将形状箍住，普通的landscape edge
太软，不行。
总的来讲，各行各业的人，不管头上顶的是什么证书，干得好的都是少数。通常所说的

Grain， Fruit， Veggie，Protein， Milk每天的摄取应该是：
3， 1， 1， 2， 2 （serving size）。
具体一个serving size就是：
Grain：一片面包 or 半杯米饭 or 一杯cereal
Fruit：一个苹果 or 一个香蕉 or 一杯水果
Veggie：一杯蔬菜
Protein： 一个蛋 or 1oz肉 or 1tbsp 花生酱
Milk: 一杯奶 or 酸奶

当然娃跟娃不同，这就是个大概的概念，我家妞是远远吃不到这个量的，所以具体咱们当娘的自己调整。
