我看了你的原型排骨，感觉和翠花比较大的区别在翠花用
Texas Crutch，原型没有。而且原型时间要多烤一个小时，
需要反复涂料。 Texas Crutch 的弱点是表皮没有焦香，
甚至会弱化原来烤香的表皮。所以翠花改进的版本是开
包以后再 MOB 和烤，处理一下表皮。
我个人的感觉，翠花排骨技术上没有什么很大的突破，最
重要的贡献在于简单。Rub 干料没有时间限制，然后进
oven 不用管了，时间投入很少，很符合我们这些懒人的喜好。 |
