发帖数: 16 | 1 按照GPS的指示，走了一段山路后，下午4点顺利抵达我们的Elkmount露营地，然后发现
怎么我车上的钟是3：00，而GPS指示的时间是4：00，这才明白我们已经进入东部时区
。Check in以后，我们找到了我们预定的N01号露营地，在最里面，这里没有热水和浴
室，看来没有办法洗澡了。有了上次的经验，我们很快就架起帐篷，充气好床垫，感觉
比较热。由于中午吃的太多，我们都不饿，于是决定到周围的Trail走一走。
先穿越过露营边上的小溪，然后沿着山路一直向上走，看到一排废弃的House，看介绍
是政府1932年买下公园边上的地和所有房子，于是这些房主便搬出去住了，但是签的协
议是这些房主在有生之年可以利用这些房子度假。最后一个房主1999年去世了，所以现
在所有房子都空着。
然后走了一条死路，退出来后，我有点不甘心这么早回去，于是建议走一条Trail试试
看。走进Trail中，大树参天，每颗树都高40-50米，树干全是笔直的，很好看。走了大
约2mile，我建议我们不走回头路，我们走另外一条叫做Cucumber Trail，从另外一条
路回去。沿着Cucumber Trail走了一个多小 |

其实说我不着急是不公平的。自从儿子确诊后，我已经带他看过很多大夫了。美国有一
群专业的非主流医生，称为DAN! (defeat autism now) doctor，他们大多是自闭症儿
童的家长，有MD学位，但不同于主流医生，他们相信自闭症和疫苗的因果关系。他们的
治疗基于补充自闭症儿童体内缺乏的维生素，矿物质及其他营养物质，以及天然和人工
的排毒疗法，包括螯合。据我所知，他们的治疗对绝大多数的自闭症儿童均有效果。我
们已经看了三个DAN!医生了，儿子的进步是明显的，但是语言还是迟迟没有出来。我对
於用药是很小心的。儿子目前用的全部是天然制剂或维生素，矿物质，没有任何的西药
成分。这也是我为什么对螯合疗法疑虑重重的原因。

这份清单是调查一般家庭常买的48种蔬果农药残留量，其中辣椒和羽衣甘蓝是今年新上榜的最脏蔬果，另外12种农产品和往年相同。根据美国农业部所做的农药残留检测，发现这些蔬果中残留高含量的剧毒农药，其中以有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类的杀虫剂最多。这些类型的农药会破坏人类的神经系统。

尽管检测出的蔬果农药残留量仍符合北美标准，但若经常食用，最好选择有机农产品，以避免过多的农药不能排出身体，对人的免疫系统造成伤害。
加拿大有机农业中心主任汉默斯特(Andrew Hammermeister)指出，不只是农药问题，能安心食用的有机农产品，还能避开转基因生物，生长激素、抗生素、防腐剂、食用色素、香精等各种化学物质。同时，因为种植过程采用较自然的生产方式，不洒农药，以天敌对抗的方式减少虫害，对自然生态的生物平衡性高。
