对付宝宝的便秘有很多种方法，但你首先要确定宝宝是否真的是便秘，因为有时出现在
宝宝身上的可能只是假象。如果宝宝每隔三天才大便一次，但大便体积比较大而且比较
柔软的话，则不属于便秘。如果是便秘的话，宝宝的便便应该是停留在大肠里面有足够
长的时间从而使其变得十分干硬。宝宝通常很可能会几天都不大便，但只要他们的便便
是柔软的话，则不是便秘了。
还有另外一个假象就是宝宝的表情了。有的宝宝可能会将大便当成是一件大事，他们会
做出痛苦的表情，涨红了脸然后发出“哼哼”的声音。但即使他们看起来很不舒服，实
际上他们的便便还是十分正常的状态。出现这种情况通常是因为宝宝的协调能力还没有
完全发展。为了要大便，有些肌肉需要被收紧，有些则需要放松，因此就会可能有的宝
宝不知道怎样去控制不同的神经，所以通过收紧面部等肌肉来收紧相关肌肉群，所以爸
爸妈妈们不需要担心，他们只会涨红脸而已。

经常来这里，长了很多见识。我做饭不行，但因为近来对锅做了比较深入地研究，现在来写个总结来回报大家。
一：关于不粘锅和不锈钢锅
我以前没有注意到不粘锅的坏处，只知道用不了多久，表面上的不粘层就会有脱落现象。后来养了鹦鹉，看到许多论坛和书上讲到不少关于不粘锅悲惨的故事，才开始关注起来。如果你在用不粘锅高温炒菜地时候，有鹦鹉在不远的地方，那鹦鹉可能很快就会死亡。许多鹦鹉爱好者也都不愿意用不粘锅炖豆类米类给鹦鹉吃，因为那样会让鹦鹉生病甚至至死。鹦鹉对周围环境的敏感度比人类强不少，是导致这个的主要原因，可是想想特氟龙对人们的慢性影响，还是尽量避免为好。我后来就开始渐渐地淘汰家里的不粘锅。

就被深埋了。最主要是不方便，且用完后清理很麻烦。还是建议你 Amazon 上买个切片
的，切完后冰冻，食用时再切成肉丝反而方便。
如果你找不到的话，要是不介二手的，我可以找出来，先照张相让你看看。那玩艺记得
好像蛮结实的，另外还有个透明盒子装不同的刀具，其中一片刀就是切丝的。 |

发帖数: 2602 | 46 我看版上这么多人争先恐后买面包机只是为了揉面，我呢，最近也买了个东西用来，揉面价钱可真是贵，但是觉得非常好。
就是food processor。
我买的型号是cuisinart premier series DLC-2011，11cup的容量。功率800w，里面有一个最常用的S刀，一个和面的刀，还有一个切丝的，一个切片的。
在BBB买的，用了20%off的coupon，然后有20块的rebate，总共花下来加税150多一点。
我家面食吃的多，我买这个东西不是因为我不会揉面，而是希望能节省体力和时间，一块面好好揉从开始到醒好揉光怎么都要半小时。
当时买的时候没货了，所以是在门店里订货然后他们免费shipping 的，今天才收到，两个星期。
买来我就用来揉面了，效率很高从开始到结束也就是1、2分钟的时间。
我这个东西能揉2.5磅的面。我之前也查过面包机，通常都是2磅。我家做一次馒头一般要2磅多一点，所以还是买了它。
可以揉面的东西还有stand mixer，仔细考虑之后觉得这种机器mix的功能我用的会很少，又大又重又占地方，尽管它可以配上各种的配件变成blender 或者food proc |
