2012年8月15日，随着邮政渠道入关的末代皇帝UCS正式宣布要求提供收件人身份证，美
国的海淘转运市场正式全面迈入机场快件清关时代。鉴于很多海淘用户之前从未接触过
机场快件清关这种模式，我找出以前的一篇旧文引用在这里做个大致的说明，并且和之
前的邮政清关做个比较：
1.清关方式区别
邮关是批量清关，海关根据一批货物的总申报单先进行预审，明显需要交税的先挑出来
，等货到了过X光机的时候再看看有没有隐瞒申报的，这种方式相对来说较为宽松；
快件清关是每单清关，每个包裹的申报信息都要由报关行的操作员录入海关总署的一个
系统里面，所以相对严格，并且每个包裹需提供收件人的真实身份证信息。
