冷战结束后，中国媒介一直纠缠於民族主义和全球化之间。自从在天安门事件中迷失政
治方向，中国不得不拥抱资本主义以挽救社会主义；经济发展和民族主义取代了破产的
共产主义，为政权的合法性提供新依据。另一方面，中美联合对付苏联的策略结盟随冷
战结束而瓦解，天安门事件更使美国振振有词地抵制中国。1990年代中期，美国的对华
政策有几次转向，先从围堵逐渐变为来往，又从来往变为企图将中国纳入全球化的轨道
，以期一步步促进中国的「和平演变」1.尽管中美时陷对立的僵局，中国却拥抱资本主
义，渴望加入世贸组织和获取奥运会主办权，以提昇它在新国际秩序中的地位，乃至於
跨进国际「精英权力俱乐部」的门槛。
民族主义和全球化是矛盾的统一，既共存又竞争。本文旨在讨论两个主题。第一，它们
之间的关系如何形塑中国媒介的生态、话语、市场和意识形态？第二，在「国家利益」
的口号下，中国社会各股力量或竞争或联盟，以争取社会优势，媒介如何展现这个过程

分都是staphylococcus aureus (金黄色葡萄球菌)infection，但也有不少是MRSA即
Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus（耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌）感
染。她主要是怕我是这种super细菌感染，那么给我上普通的头孢一代（cephalexin）
或 Dicloxacillin之类针对普通的gram positive bacteria （比如staph aureus）的
就没用了。可后来我出院回家，看到医学执照考试里一道题，问说乳腺炎第一步应该怎
么样，几个选项里有说做culture的，有说直接开抗生素的，有说让泵奶的。答案就是
明明白白的“直接上抗生素”啊，症状控制不了再做后续检查治疗。当场心底就咆哮了
，姐姐啊，你好歹是那么好医院的医生，能不能专业点，这种临床处理是医学院学生考
执照的水平啊，你都达不到。。。
言归正传。住院期间，一开始静脉抗生素吊了，泰诺一顿不落地吃，还是会烧，38度多

数的国家一样，虽然有很多丑陋的现象，但是他们是受害者。就
象这个犯罪集团里很多的人一样，他们来自各种种族，他们可能充当了工具，但他们不
是制造这一切，谋划这一切的人。虽然经常会暴露中国产品出现问题。但要知道中国是
世界工厂，他们只是打工者，他们只是按照各种雇主提供的配方来生产，他们并不知道
他们会产生怎样的后果。或者这些工人知道后果，但他们只是奴隶，他们又如何去改变
