上周末听说新唐人电视台在歌剧厅举办新年晚会，我们曾毫不怀疑能够估摸出晚会
大概的样子。在我们小的时候，父母总是拽我们去参加中国文化的各种活动，甚至我们
还会参与一些表演。中国的杂技演员顶着瓷碗向后弯腰及地。至于琵琶和古琴弹奏，我
们都见识过。还有浓饰重彩的京剧演员甩着长袖，扮演猴子的武生上窜下跳满场翻飞，
以及那伴着锣鼓家伙的嘈杂声。这些艺术都有五百年的历史了。
不过我们这里看到的却是：在电脑动画背景下，一位天使降临人间来拯救“被共产
党迫害”的法轮功练习者，还伴随着“法轮功就是好”的歌曲。
是的，我们得承认：这是我们从来没有看过的。
在降临之后，整台晚会似乎就和法轮功毫无联系，但又可以说息息相关，似乎它贯
穿了整个中国5000年的文明历史，外加多彩的画面。

我记得那个中国学生的原话是“culture desert”，（我当时不在场，我是事后看英文
报纸上的报道。我记得那天的现场听众应该有几百，而且是在晚饭时间进行的电视直播
，但我记不得具体的年月日了。如果我的记忆有误的话，请版上的资深网友给纠正一下
。）所以我对这个事情的理解都是基于CULTURE这个词的。
即使按照WIKI上的这些定义，CULTURE也是一个含义很广泛的词，它不仅包括科学技术
，也包括生活习俗，文字，语音等等，所以我认为不同国家的文化无所谓有无，有的只
是相同或不同。就象我之前说的，大都市有大都市的CULTURE，原始部落也有原始部落
的CULTURE，因此我一直认为贸然地说一个国家没有CULTURE，是错误和无礼的。 |

发帖数: 21830 | 32 很多人不明白，面试即是对方面试自己，也是自己面试对方。面试中出现这种问题场面
有2种可能：
1）对方有意设局，考验你的耐心
2）对方culture有问题
什么是公司的culture,随便举个例子，一个医院出了问题，比如护士擦错屁股，擦屁股
的擦了pussy,结果被人告，出现这种问题的时候，有些医院的culture喜欢篡改记录，
这样律师一查，看到的是擦屁股，有些医院的culture喜欢punish护士，说这个护士不
行，你滚蛋吧。
理想的culture是，发现了问题，比如擦屁股这种case,只要护士不是有意擦pussy的，
都应该首先着手从制度，流程上研究发现这种问题的原因是什么，对护士则应该加以关
怀，鼓励，再培训，而不是呵斥。
这样的管理制度，最早在民航系统采用，现在很多critical的公司，比如核电站都普遍
采用类似的制度。
面试中一个面试官讥笑，挖苦面试者，如果不是有意设的局，那肯定是这个公司的
culture,那至管理制度上存在着严重的问题。 |
