买了个router，用着还行，但是觉得有点贵，就去退了。custmor service二话不说，
电脑打出来个refurbish的标签，降价10%，就给贴上了。我一看降价10%就不贵了，当
时就又给买回来了。白赚3块钱，跟来回汽油钱差不多 |

我猜，房税还是会通过escrow,银行也会收到通知的，到时候你每个月付的钱会涨。保
险恐怕你得通知银行协调才行。 |

line, has build-in algorithm, so if a customer appear to be inpatient and
curse on the phone, they will automatically move your line to the front.
i have tried this several times when i was on hold i say the f word, i
always get picked up sooner. i don't know if it is really works, or i was
just lucky. |

report说我欠他们钱。
现在我通过电话和email联系了他们至少10个不同的office，感觉custmor service很差
，有5个人要了我信息说要处理，结果通通没有回应，要他们local office的信息，没
有一个
人给。根本不给你申辩的机会，人人忽悠我一会后就没有回应了，我要求和他们
supervisor说话就直接挂我电话。
正在考虑找律师起诉他们
各位有知道如何投诉和起诉verizon的吗？
