我好像不很确定但*nix上似乎没有文件cut.替代是开shell用mv.
文件cut似乎只在如下场合真正有用
1. 只有一个文件管理器窗口
2. 在folder A cut
3. 在当前文件管理器窗口中转换到folder B
4. paste back
从操作角度看,以上只有在目录移动踞离小的情况才划算,此时不如开terminal.几下键
盘就行了
对普通电脑盲,理解剪贴的概念其实不直观.对常用电脑的人,命令行解决一切.
对中等用户,对上述一种用例,不支持cut从简化系统的角度其实很合理 |

别。不记得Unix上有没有cut了。刚才远程登录了数千哩之外的linux，有cut。想来当

养损失
最少，口味最好的。除了instant的，其他两个都是要煮的。
steel cut的没有把oat压平，就是把oat切开几下，所以比old fashion的更有嚼头，更
好吃。
steel cut不是instant的，有的人煮很久呢，slow cooker煮几个小时的都有。我是想
尽量用简单
有效的方法做出好吃又有营养的oatmeal。先煮开，oat就可以更好的吸水。吸水以后也
还可以再用小
火煮，这样会更稠更好吃。还可以再加牛奶煮，这样更creamy。
我的不是用闷烧锅，就是平常的锅。 |

NIH 一年300 亿，60% 给临床，只有40%给basic research，这点钱还cut，实在说不过
去。美国军费一年7000多亿，这还不包括伊战和阿战的额外开销。世界排名第二的中国
才1000多亿，美国军费cut 1000-2000亿不会对美国的全球霸权造成太大影响。
护士你的见识还是太短了，要降低成本不是要cut research，只有research 才能发明
更多的药，更好的疗法，才有可能治好病。比如现在很多年轻的癌症病人都治好了，重
新back to work，这个显然是大大降低了社会成本。
降低成本要改的是美国这个医疗体制。美国医疗体制有太多问题，比如医生培养时间太
长，根本就没必要先念一个本科，再念一个MD 学位。美国MD 学位教的东西实际上还是
一个本科。因为博士学位要求做research，能够创新，MD 学位显然没有做到这一点。
世界上除了美国加拿大，其他国家MD 都不需要先拿一个本科学位。
比如regulation 太多。比如太specialize。以及整个医疗界养了太多相关闲人。

可是cut我不停，没有尽头的，还不是只打算烦烦人，还要我出事故的，那不好意思，

论坛上都是些嘴炮，其实不持枪的人很难理解持枪的人的想法。首先，能合法持枪的都
经过了层层审核和背景调查，比不持枪的背景可能干净了不少呢。再说，合法持枪的大
部分都是更谨慎的人，持枪课程里面反复强调法规，强调忍让，能避免冲突事件比能应
对冲突事件更重要。
合法持枪者绝大多数都是：能多怂，就多怂，只要你别威胁我的性命，否则的话，要多
凶，有多凶。
所以美国road rage多半以烦人为主，真正威胁到别人性命的，就被清理掉了。
休斯顿不是有一对儿路怒的，一直互别都没事儿，最后在加油站停下时，一方下车冲向
另一方车的时候，给毙掉了。。无罪不起诉。 |

includes 1 billion euros ($1.1 billion) in tax cuts expected to benefit 5
million low and middle-income households.
The budget detailed at a Cabinet meeting Wednesday is based on expected
economic growth of 1.5 percent both this year and next. The International
Monetary Fund forecasts a more modest 1.2 percent growth next year.

如果cut主要是教育，人文，地理等受影响。STEM领域的cut会比其他小。

The Education Department faces a 14 percent cut under the Trump
administration budget, which would downsize or eliminate a raft of grants,
including for teacher training, afterschool programs, and aid to low-income
and minority college students. The cuts would be coupled with a historic
investment — $1.4 billion — in charter schools, private schools and other
school-choice initiatives.
