2.他很快窜到对面lan，然后cut in回来，我没来得及减速，我根本就没打算减速，他超
我，我为何做好减速的准备？他很快cut in 回来，那也是因为他自己知道违反了交规。 |

我当时是踩了啥车的，但是那是在他挂到我bumper的前一刹那，因为我看到了他急cut
in 进来。但是之前他开始超我车时，我没有做减速的准备，因为我没预见到他会急着
cut in.

那我觉得没必要去cut in他的道，除非是自己想招惹麻烦。
但假如上下班交通繁忙时分，一辆车慢悠悠地走（跟限速没关系，反正就是明显比车流
慢很多那种），前面空出几十辆车的空位，后面堵了一长溜车，那我不去cut in你的道
那真是没天理了；甚至有时气愤不过，我还会很近距离地cut in，以便提醒那车不要干
这种损人不利己的事情。
我知道的，尤其是在local，一些司机慢悠悠地跑，是因为看到远处交通灯是红灯，他
想省油/省刹车，不踩油门又不踩刹车慢慢让车子“滑过去”。他自己倒是省了油省了
刹车；殊不知就因为他自己慢慢走，导致他身后的交通灯变红的时候，让不知多少辆本
来可以赶过这个红绿灯的车子被堵在了后面那个路口，变得要多等一次红灯。
并且大家都有这个经验：城市交通灯系统的运行规律，假设你至少按照限速来跑，一般
是假如你到一个路口是红灯，那你走到下个路口的时候，多数也会是红灯；假如你到一
个路口是绿灯的话，那接下来的很多个路口都恰好是绿灯。这是一个多米诺骨牌效应，

结果出车祸了，哈哈，这个逗死我了。
只有低于限速的我才cut。如果是双车道开左lane还低于限速block的，我会跟他一段时
间，看他让不让，半天还不让就cut in然后刹车。 |

不久前在高速上规规矩矩地开着车被追尾,情况如附图1. 当时是上班高峰,前面刹车比
较急,我停下以后就从后视镜看到后面的车快速驶来,她试图转入右边车道,但是因为速
度过快,撞上了我的车右后侧,她的车滑入右道后又刮到第三条车道的一辆车.救护车来
了后我们都去了医院,几小时后警察才到我所在的医院向我询问情况.
几天后我拿到警察的报告竟发现,不知哪里来了个witness和撞我的driver一起诬陷说我
cut-in导致车祸.警察报告就根据他们的说法给结论了.附图2是警察报告的图,以下是报
告的内容:
D1 stated he was driving V1, traveling in Lane 1, at speed of 40-45 mph.
Traffic ahead stopped suddenly. D1 applied the brakes then V1 was read ended
by V2 on right side.

发帖数: 8 | 9 今天从芝加哥市区开回suburb，走的I290+I88，不到30mile的路程被两个asshole给cut
off。第一次我在centra lane, 前面有些堵车，一辆pick up直接在10米左右的距离
cut off进来，还好当时车速不快，就50左右。。我的刹车都快踩到底了，还好没撞上
。
然后我在左lane开限速+20， 右边一辆黑色SUV不打signal直接往我前面切，速度最多
只比我快5mph。。搞得我只有减速让他cut off...
结论是高速上的asshole还是很多，大家开车还是小心为妙。 |

发帖数: 2789 | 10 cut进来倒无所谓，只要他们速度比你快就好办，这样你也不用踩刹车顶多松油门就行
了，同时脚放在刹车上随时准备。最烦cut进来踩刹车的，逼着后面的车也刹车。所以
我cut别人的时候就会保持高速度，尽量不要让后面踩刹车。 |

update以后search committee的人写信说dean很快就联系我了，这是昨天五点的事情的。
今天早上12点，search committee的人和我说，找dean谈了，说临时budget cut,我的
那个position不available了。他还为昨天的事情道歉。
24小时不到，突然出现如此变故，难道我真的这么背，dean早上突然接到budget cut的
通知，就决定cut 我的这个position了（他们有好几个position)?
世上最惨的事情莫过如此，一天之中经历了大喜大悲，人生也算完整了。
我真的不甘心。

few ideas: lawn care and house repair could be cut in half if you DIY.
Invite parents over (if they are happy to) and cut the nanny. I don't know
if you need to save that much for education right away unless you are
getting another baby on the way. |

2012年开始，我家娃正好应该是那年上k
关键是这一改的话，我家2012就上不了了
所以想搞清楚这个到底确定么？
google出来的只看到说Joe Simitian建议这样
还不知道通过没？
如果还没定，啥时候会定阿？
如果确定cut off date提前，是不是要推迟一年上preschool? |
