溜妈用cookie cutter和炸蛋造型小工具，做了漂亮的煎饼。做饭的时候稍稍变点花样
，吃饭的人心情指数就会提示哦！
材料：金属心形cookie cutter，炸蛋用硅胶花环，普通面粉，鸡蛋，大葱末，火鸡肉
末，芝麻，盐，酱油，糖。
做法：
1. 大葱白切末，跟肉末一起用酱油，糖腌制10分钟，加鸡蛋，面粉，芝麻用适量的水
调匀，面糊不要太稀了。
2.热锅放入cookie cutter或者花环，放油，倒入面糊，中火。等面糊已经泛白了说明
底面煎好了，移走cookie cutter或花环，翻面煎到煎饼两面都略略金黄就好了。
cookie cutter不宜选太小的，不宜带油漆，什么形状都好，配合季节时令用不同的
cookie cutter。面糊要等油热了倒进去，这样马上就封底了，面糊不会流到模子外面
。移走模子的时候要等到底面已经差不多煎好了，否则造型容易失败。另外，面糊不要
倒入太多，饼太厚不好吃，而且煎的时候一翻面，很容易破坏造型。这种煎饼发，比煎
好一张饼再切更能保持边缘的造型。

上次来版上问过能不能用cookie cutter 做馒头，大家都持怀疑态度，我也就作罢了。
今天做馒头的时候两个娃在边上吵得慌，我就扔给他们一人一小块面团，教他们用擀面
杖压平，然后用cookie cutter切出形状来。
纯粹是做游戏，我也没抱什么希望，结果出锅冷却之后形状还保持得不错，两娃每人吃
了三个馒头！！平时能吃完一个就不错了。当然这样的馒头扁扁的，从量上来说可能也
有短斤缺两之嫌。
大家看着玩吧。馒头的方子是按小觅的牛奶馒头山寨的。 |

HD打听了一
下，建议先用sod cutter把草皮去掉，然后用tiller把土打松。那两个机器都是60刀一
天，听起
来不是很复杂，就是会比较累。想问问有没有用过HD租的sod cutter和tiller，一天能
搞定吗？
还有LD说有可能会挖坏basement的防水层。这个有什么要特别注意的吗？多谢 |

Most of them are around 9.99. They do charge shipping and tax in some states
, but if you put a decent size order together you can get a pretty good deal
. I ordered 2 sets of cupcake kits, 2 sets of cookie cutters, and cupcake

micro sim, you can put in the adapter to change back to regular sim).
There are others sell these on ebay or other places, but if you used it,
you know it's not work well, but mine works very well and only sell for $20
each. I estimate i can sell 500 units per months. |

发帖数: 76 | 35 从外州来，平生第一次坐可以搭载车子的ferry。GPS显示我前面大概半个mile要左转，
看见很多车堵在主干道右lane，我以为前面出事故了，我就拉到左lane，一直往前开，
差不多到main gate才发现原来这么长的lane都是在等进入ferry的。
我打右方向灯，然后打手势给旁边的车子希望可以进去，旁边车子里面的老伯伯yell
at me，“get back to the line”，结果后面一辆车让我进去了。在大门口，看见后
面一辆车的大妈走去给收钱的人说了几句，轮到我付钱的时候，收费人说“不好意思，
很多人举报你line cut，你必须回去重新排队“。我感觉挺委屈的，我说这个真是“
honest mistake”， 就回去重新排了。
我自己其实也很痛恨line cutter，不过想想自己蛮委屈的。GPS并没有显示这么多的
traffic是等ferry的，导致我以为是前面有accident，而且我开上去到main gate的时
候，我觉得这条道已经不能U turn了（当时是晚上5:30，在下雨，能见度不是很好）。
