要是国企内部已经有规定必须增大国内采购比率。FPGA行业本身非常cyclical，这几年
来自中国的采购帮了行业一大忙，国内企业一直上不去本身也是因为美国FPGA芯片价格
是相当合理的，加上专利的保护，国内FPGA企业根本无法在高端竞争，现在好了，这些
企业等于被输血了，有了资金也有了动力研发，一切专利最终都会被绕过。瞧着吧，不
出几年美国的FPGA公司要过非常苦的日子。还好我前两年离开了那行业，从行业top3的
公司跳到了一个service公司做软工，只用到我和以前比10%都不到的智力却争了220%的
收入。这就是美国的现状。芯片行业比起网上卖隐私的收入差的太远。但要求的智商却
是倒挂的。真正可怕的企业是华为，以前在原来公司的时候我就跟同事说华为野心太大
